Just an average place to go in and get your workout done. They have free weights, dumbbells,…read morepunching bag, treadmills, elliptical, some CrossFit equipment, etc.. Quite a bit of stuff for the small building. Some of the equipment is old, but still has lots of life left. Every time I've been there, it has never been busy, except once. At around 9am, they started rolling in the customers, but I was about to be done with my workout by then anyway, so it didn't get too bad for me. At 7:30 they're good, and evenings are also good. I recommend this place because they are cheap, open 24 hours, and the owner is friendly.

While Planet Fitness is inexpensive and caters to newbies, there's a lot of frustrating things there for people who want to progress. The space is clean, well-equipped, and organized. They don't oversell memberships, so there's no issues with waiting for equipment. I feel like at Forged someone can start new and then grow into a fitness lifestyle at a pace that is comfortable for them, and at the same time people who are really focused can get all that they want and more. I've become more of the latter over time. The owner is friendly, and he continually makes improvements based on member input. They also offer behavioral support that is not found elsewhere. I'm really glad that Tampa has this place available.

I've lost about 85 lbs, and added about 10 lbs of muscle mass. I have reached personal bests in Bench, squats, and Deadlifts in the 250 to 325 lbs. range. The place has an excellent culture, and the trainers are cognizant of your goals, not their preferred routine. There are all types, from all over. Everybody gives off the 'we belong here" vibe. It's a welcoming place. The trainers are qualified, and get you where you want to be. Frankly, I could have switched to a cheaper venue some time ago, but it's worth it to me to stay.
