I called Bugs Bennett to come out. The initial price was pretty high unless you have a spray monthly. I opted for the monthly. The first guy that came out really didn't spray much and was gone in 10 minutes. I called the office and they sent out another. He was somewhat better but very fast I guess he had a lot of customers to get to. It's been 3 times spraying and I still have bugs. It's very hard to get ahold of them. You get an answering machine and hope they will return the call. Service is not like it used to be. I'll be looking for another pest control

I hired Orkin to eliminate biting midge flies aka noseeums while also noticing flea larvae but was…read morenot sure what it was. Orkin arrived on May 18, 2026 charging $174 plus $45 per month thereafter. On their website they guarantee their treatments and results. On Aug. 8, 2026 I still have noseeums (midge flies) and have seen 2 adult fleas in addition to their larvae. On July 29 Orkin employee Andrew came to inspect and verify and said the dead bug and dead noseeums were unidentifiable and even if they were noseeums the are unable to effectively exterminate anything that flies without charging $700 to aerosol the condo. This was Andrew's first visit and his last. After his uneducated guesses I immediately cancelled my membership with Orkin who apparently is careless about their employees's knowledge, service and unsuccessful results! The did this weekly for two months and Now I am collaborating with Wells Fargo to obtain well deserved refunds!!!!! I don't know who's worse the pests or Orkin ? Twice​
