The personalized service was incredible, with both women helping me walk through what worked best for various situations (glasses best for occasional wear vs. everyday for work, professional vs. trendy, etc) and really listened to what I was looking for. All of the frames are on the expensive side (Ray Ban, Chanel, etc) but the service is top notch.

Instead hey said it'll be $89 and they will see her just to do nothing and refer to ophthalmologist. I know they probably labeled her as an "annoying customer from yesterday" and saw her just to shut her up. But this is just so wrong because I know how hard my mom works for that $90 dollars.

I've been wearing glasses for years and I've never had that problem before. They did replace one set of lens due to this, but the new ones scratched just as badly. When I picked up the glasses, I laid them on the counter and they were clearly uneven, as one earpiece laid flat on the counter and the other was up in the air. I pointed it out to the guy and he grabbed them, bent one earpiece, and then said "Here, ok?" kind of rudely. They also have a limited selection of glasses. I'm not going to go back there and I'm looking for a new place.

The doctor finally saw me (25 minutes after my appointment time) and only AFTER the exam was completed did Vanessa at the front desk suddenly claim it "doesn't cover contact lenses." This should have been communicated upfront. Anything else feels misleading at best. Felt extremely deceptive and dishonest on their part. When my mom calmly asked for clarification, Vanessa became increasingly condescending and dismissive, speaking to her in a patronizing tone. Another employee then inserted herself into the situation and immediately escalated it by raising her voice and talking over us. At NO point at all were we being rude. There was no reason for them to be hostile. We were simply asking reasonable questions. My mom doesn't speak perfect English, and the way they addressed her felt unnecessarily harsh and lacking in basic respect or patience. It created a very uncomfortable dynamic that no customer should have to deal with. I had to call them out on this and told them that they were being rude, to which they simply doubled down. Even after repeatedly asking why we weren't just INFORMED about the lack of coverage before the exam, no one could provide a straight answer...just deflection and attitude. Not only have I been to a handful of different eye doctors before and have never experienced this, but also I've been coming here since I was a child for my glasses, which makes this even more disappointing. This office lacks transparency, accountability, and respect for its clients. They are perfectly willing to provide services without clearly explaining costs. And then they'll try to treat you poorly if you question it. Take your money somewhere that actually values honesty and basic customer service.
