The first thing I noticed right away was that I had been overcharged on sales tax, which the staff corrected when I pointed it out--but I really shouldn't have to double‑check something so basic. I purchased a pair of Vuarnet sunglasses here for $324 after the staff told me they were polarized. When I wore them in my husband's car with UV‑tinted windows, I noticed they didn't show the usual rainbow pattern that polarized lenses create. After double‑checking (including testing against another pair of polarized lenses), it became clear these were not polarized. I returned to the store to give them a chance to make it right. Here's what happened: * The staff admitted the sunglasses were not polarized. * They refused a refund because I was "past 7 days." * They offered to swap my Vuarnet glass lenses for plastic polarized lenses, or charge me another $50 for the correct Vuarnet lenses. * They asked to keep my sunglasses to show the owner, saying the owner would contact me. The next day, instead of the owner reaching out, a staff member contacted me with the "resolutions" the owner had decided on. Given the seriousness of selling me sunglasses under false pretenses--whether it was a mistake or not--I felt this was poor customer service. They had the opportunity to make things right twice, and chose not to. I left this process with no sunglasses and no refund, and the staff I dealt with were unapologetic and unhelpful. If you plan to shop here, I strongly recommend double‑checking everything they tell you about the products and watching your receipt carefully. Personally, I will not shop here again.

She also efficiently pulled up my insurance information. I filled out some forms and was taken for my insurance examination roughly on time. They have a nice online appointment system. Dr. Fitzgerald was fantastic. She has great 'bedside' manner and after an examination discussed her findings as well as the possible treatments which ranged from homeopathic to somewhat expensive treatments. She outlined the cost and benefit of each procedure and didn't try to oversell. I chose an in office procedure that she performed professionally and expeditiously. Nice personality as well. I will certainly be returning for all of my optometry needs. Highest recommendation!

I went back again yesterday, now three days after originally trying to pick them up, and it looks the same - still empty and locked during regular business hours. Did a quick Yelp search on the closest eye doc and made a phone call right away and they were able to get me in same day! We saw Dr Kim Admire. She was just wonderful!! Amazing with kids so kind and patient. She said she had a big laceration on her cornea and administered some drops right away to numb the pain. She spent her time examining her eye with all the fancy equipment and even took photos of the back of her so make sure it wasn't deep. This happened on a Friday and she didn't want the entire weekend to go by without her being seen so she came in on her day off a Saturday just to see her. I couldn't believe her level of care and concern for a first time patient. We just got back from our 3rd visit and she said my daughters eye is all healed! Thank you Dr Admire I wish every doctor was as caring as you!!!

We could give you a 20% discount towards a new frame" Shocking attitude for a small business towards someone who has been multi-year multi thousand dollar customer.

These lenses cost $600 and they will not replace Them They are a few months past the two-year warranty. I have another pair of sunglasses that I've had for five years that were manufactured by the previous lens manufacture and I have not had a problem. It's disappointing that the doctors that now are running the practice do not stand by their product. I have switched to Costco, which is about a third of the price. My suggestion is to take your prescription and get it filled elsewhere.
