I went with a back injury after a car accident. Once I went to another PT over a year later she said that this practice has been pushing my back way too hard. The exercises he had me doing was more of an athletic training then a recovery routine. He also told me I couldn't do yoga and since I've started again after leaving and allow my body so stretch I feel so much better. He also seemed to find any reason to touch me, and I know sometimes it was needed but it got to the point I had to ask him to only touch me when absolutely necessary for the PT. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! Don't go! He would also often show up to morning appts very late, one time actually missing 40 min of my hour long session. I went to my doctor to complain because this is the only place that takes my insurance and she said multiple other women had come to her with similar complaints that he made them uncomfortable.

The location of this establishment is convenient and the hours are flexible. Everyone is so…read morepleasant. The atmosphere is bright, clean and inviting. There are themes on Friday's. One week there was an 80's theme in which staff and visitors took me back in time. There was also music playing from that era which made my session productive and even more enjoyable. (He usually gives me great recommendations so my expectations were high.). Scott was snarky, arrogant, and brushed off a lot of my feedback that the exercises were causing me pain. He seemed to have a one size fits all approach to why people have back pain and the exercise they should do and if it is causing pain, you are doing it wrong. Perhaps I was, but then why couldn't he help troubleshoot with me to get it right? I used to be a dancer, have a pretty high degree of understanding of body mechanics, and am quite accustomed to taking strict instruction about how to move my body in specific ways. I was really disappointed. I badly want to improve the quality of my life and diminish my pain. This was a complete disappointment. Time to start the process all over again with shopping around for a new therapist.

I have had two exceptional experiences at Cloudline PT. The first was with Ally, who I saw for…read morebalance training. She was extremely professional and warm and listened carefully to all of the information I shared with her. At one point, I started to have problems with preexisting nerve pain, and Ally modified my exercise program to reduce the impact on the area in question. The second therapist I saw was Tim. I had sprained my back badly and Tim zeroed in on precisely where the problem was and developed a program to help me recover while not causing additional undue strain to the area. It was a scary time, and I very much appreciated Tim's encouragement and emotional support too. I'd also like to give a shout out to Celine at the reception desk, who is unfailingly welcoming and personable. In summary, my experiences at Cloudline were terrific. I highly recommend this practice and would return there without hesitation.
