The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

I asked why do I make an appointment and he said I don't know but everyone else did too! I asked if I could leave and they could message me when they're available since I have my dog and he said I could have a seat and no. He was so rude. And now - despite me telling them that I've tried different chargers (etc) they're telling me I have to wait to see if it charges. I can also include a picture of that. The phone doesn't charge. So don't come up and pretend to help me to just tell me the same thing I told you.
