Worst Verizon experience ever. I came in just trying to get help with my phone, and the employees acted like I was bothering them. They were more interested in talking amongst themselves than actually helping customers. I asked about upgrading and the rep gave me half answers, rolled her eyes, and then disappeared in the back for 15 minutes. Another customer walked in after me and got helped right away while I was still standing there. The energy in this store is so unprofessional and rude I ended up walking out and taking my business to another location. Save yourself the headache and skip this store. read more

Went to trade my phone in a month ago. Jayla explained the process, gave me all the information I needed to make my decision, disconnected my old phone and completely set up my new phone within an hour or less. So before anything- this is a "Verizon Authorized Retailer"- not an "actual" company-owned store. And these- "Authorized Retailers, identify themselves as such and use Verizon's trademarks in accordance with the main company's agreement". So now that we got logistics out the way, as a Christmas gift, my Mom received a Flat Screen TV- from my brother-in-law. But the ancient cable box she'd been using, wasn't compatible with this new TV. Called Verizon's main Customer Service number and gave me this location as the nearest to her where we can bring the old cable box in exchange for a newer and up-to-date model. This location is directly across from Westchester Square's 6 train stop. Spotless walking in. With two floor reps tending to customers, my mom and I sat and waited our turn. During that time, the young lady kept me in the loop even mentioning, "I'll be right with you"- even when she was tending to someone else. It so happens that Allan (Allen?), finished with his customer first and I stepped right up. Phones? Not sure about their product stock because we were here for a cable box and unsure if this Verizon Authorized Retailer offers a wide selection in styles. But from the looks of it, selection seemed ok. Allan (Allen) helped me return my Mom's old box in place of a newer one with absolutely no hassle and came to the rescue in speed and personality. I went to this location to active a new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and have everything from my Galaxy Note 10+ transferred to the new phone. Domingo was amazing to work with. He was patient and made sure that the S22 was working perfectly and that everything was transferred before I left the store. Even though he was by himself and had other customers in the store, he made sure they were taking care of as well. He is a great asset to your company. read more

Terrible service here. The line does not move -- you will be waiting very long to be helped. Workers were rude when wanted to know a simple question. The line does not move so make sure you have time to spare. Workers also do not acknowledge customers, or give us an update on how much longer to wait. This place is a joke. read more

Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable regarding the iphone. Had a frozen phone and since I had to take the train from westchester square that day, I tried my luck. No go. Turns out it was a simple fix, as I found out when I spent 5 minutes googling the issue when I got home, but they were trying an old method of unfreezing for a previous iphone model so it didn't work. Nice people, but didn't really go the extra way to help. I wouldn't really recommend, but it's not terrible - nice selection of cases accessories etc. (but overpriced as you might expect). read more
