I have fiber internet through T-Mobile/Vexus in Pineville. The speed is great and the staff I've interacted with is friendly. I cannot recommend you purchase their services though. They're unreliable and consistently goes down making any other positives irrelevant. On top of that, they prioritize new installs over fixing their broken network for already paying customers. read more

The TMobile service is superb at affordable prices. However, the staff seem incompetent (or intentionally negligent). It can be a direct reflection of the leadership and training at this T-Mobile store. Or it can be a theory that the staff just doesn't want to do their job correctly. Someone at this branch needs to hold everyone accountable before it spirals down to being closed. And I really hope someone steps up and properly train the staff here. Based on customer experiences, this applies to regional management as well. As a prior customer service specialist for a cell phone, the incompetency at this branch is unsatisfactory. If the manager can see this please leave your contact information. I would like to have a face to face conversation or atleast give me the number to someone if this out of your scope of responsibility. read more

They tell me tech can't come til 7/6. Then get text saying they may be able to resolve issue over phone and schedule phone call for the next morning. They call and put my internet line for cust. service after a 7 minute wait I have to tell them I have a scheduled call and they do the exact same thing as before and make an update apt. for tech. to come but "no slot" until 7/4 @ 11. Then I get a text saying I have apt scheduled 7/3 @11. The next morning after running a new coax wire straight from modem to the box outside we went look at the pole and seen the wire wasn't screwed in on the pole. So I called and told them if one of the techs could just come screw in the wire I'm sure it would work like that until they could come put an outlet. They told me all the techs were working on a outage across town (very sm town). I told him it wouldn't take 5 minutes to come screw it in and get bk to his crew. But he said he could not do that and canceled my apt and made a new one for same day @ 8am-11am. This is for a "NEW" customer. Needless to say I'm looking into other companies.

They also have special items every day of the week. Everything is made right in front of you--sort of like a down home Subway--so you know it's freshly cooked. They also take orders over the phone. The staff is pretty friendly as well.

As for the store itself, it is one of the "big" stores, and the office/break room/rest room is in the back, through the warehouse, instead of up front like most other stores. Was a bit messy last I saw, but with what they had to work with, they did what they could. Good location. Stop by and form your own opinion.
