I went to Walmart where the prescriptions were to be sent on August 14, 2019, and they didn't have them and Walmart said that they would get in contact with the Pahrump SMA and have the scripts filled. Each day, I either went to Walmart to see the status or called SMA to see the status or went to the clinic to get a paper copy. I called or visited every week day from August 13 to August 30, and I never got my prescriptions due to Southwest Medical Associates not sending the prescriptions. Additionally, I was never able to speak to the doctor or the supervisor of the Pahrump SMA clinic. Finally, on August 31, a Saturday, I went to Las Vegas SMA urgent care to get my prescriptions as the Pahrump clinic is M-F. I am being billed for the $40.00 co-pay despite telling the Las Vegas Urgent Care the problem and that I should not have to pay it. I got a bill and believe that I sent them a letter and now I am getting past-due notices. I called the billing department, who had no authority to do anything and would only transfer me to the supervisor. I hung up and hoped to speak to the Pahrump supervisor and they would only let me talk to customer service, who took all the information and said that they would get back to me within 24 business hours. Waiting to see what happens. I will never use Southwest Medical Associates again because of the roadblocks that they put up.

I have never had a doctor that takes a great deal of time to discuss EVERYTHING with me. I am a diabetic and started having problems with my feet. He immediately sent me to a surgeon and I had to have half of my foot amputated. Now that doctor was a good doctor as well but I wasn't crazy about his wound care. Dr. Craig's wound care is amazing. Like I said, I'm a diabetic and the wound from the amputation was not healing and the doctor that did the surgery wanted to put me back in the hospital and go back in to amputate the whole foot. Dr. Craig immediately told me to start coming in twice a week for wound care and he felt like it would heal but might take quite awhile. He was absolutely correct....it took 7 or 8 months but it did heal and I am doing amazing now. Even when I'm not there to see him, he ALWAYS makes sure he comes in and tells me hello and hugs me. The 3 people that did the 1 star review were obviously family but what they are saying they experience with Dr. Craig is not like him in any way. And yes, I know SEVERAL people that to go him and they love him just as much as I do, if not more. Please don't listen to the other people. Go to him and see for yourself how wonderful he truly is!
