Told me I had to go to the distribution center to pick up packages. Called distribution on monday just to be told my packages were at the UPS store and that the employee was new. Went back on Tuesday (driving from manistee) just to have the same worker tell me again that they are not a pick up point. And again got extremely rude. Another worker finally asked our name and got our packages while the other employee continued to berate us telling us they don't handle packages. After this experience I will never work with them again. Not looking for a generic apology. After reading other reviews it seems this is a trend with you.

This is a very nice thrift shop, and I had a blast looking at all that they had. They had a little bit of everything. All kinds of furniture, artwork, and household items. They even had a few pieces of jewelry, and I got two necklaces. The prices were dirt cheap too! I am usually in the area once a year doing my "thrift work" while my husband golfs. My friends and I will be checking it out again next year. I'm so glad we stopped.

Worked out OK because we could wait until September and Doug always replied back to our text messages about when he would be ready to do our lawn. We checked with him after major storms hit and he did need to reschedule for following week. This was no big deal because we communicated very well and knew thunderstorms would affect his schedule. Doug was very easy to work with. He had us order 30 yards of screened topsoil, which we had delivered and Doug messaged us the morning of that he was on his way. He got here at 8:30 am, and did a beautiful job spreading the dirt and Hydroseeding. He had the right equipment to track over our newly installed septic field.
