Fedex or hell even the post office are 100 times better in every way including shipping costs in my experience. I had no choice since I had a pre-paid Amazon label. If my item had not fit in the tiny overstuffed drop off box I would've had to drive many miles to another. If my package had been larger I'd have been just plain screwed since it had to be shipped that day due to an expiring label. I was there at 3:30 pm on a Thursday a completely logical time for any other business to be open. I hope Amazon stops shipping with you and they're own shipping service severely hurts your business or even better shuts you down. Almost 4 month's later we finally got a refund after Fedex gave us the worst runaround in history. Now, let me tell you why to use these shippers. Their employee Robert fought for us to get the standard amount the packages were insured for. He NEVER gave up. He escalated our property loss when most people would have given up. Here you have the extremes personified...Fedex being the worst company I have ever dealt with and Kwik Print with an honorable and hard working employee like Robert.
