If I could give 0 stars I would. Katie is a liar, will ignore you and is NOT the therapist she…read moreclaims to be. She is more focused on making money than your true mental health. You shouldn't have to BEG your "therapist" to send your prescriptions in. Then, she milks you for every penny you have. At the moment she is not even authorized to write prescriptions. So not ONLY is she still taking appointments along with payments, but she also cannot even get your medications that you are needing because she is red flagged by EVERY pharmacy! She leaves it up to her office manager Cassie to clean up her mess while she ignores everyone. Would not recommend this company unless it was for Cassie!

Katie is the sole reason I lost my job this year. If I could…read moreleave no stars, I would. If you care about your mental health, AVOID this "Practice". I started with Done ADHD and was paired up with Katie more than once. August 2024 I was paired with Katie who stated she and her husband were opening their own practice. That she would help me rather than go through Done. They were Focused on Mental Health. Yeahhh focused on destroying your mental health. A month after changing over to Katie, she started pestering me about buying her ridiculous priced Skin Care. WTF does skin care have to do with my mental health? Nothing. I caved and bought some. I had to ask a friend how to use it all. She didn't even tell me how to use the products she pushed on me. (Hindsight I wish had never given her a dollar of my money.) From then on all she did was pester pester pester and bully me into spending more money on skincare. I had been laid off from work and she actually had the audacity to text me during this time to ask if I would pay for ANOTHER CLIENT who was wanting it but couldn't afford it. WHAT?!! Why would I pay for someone else to buy it?! Who on earth does this? Let alone someone who is supposed to be a professional in healthcare. I told her l I couldn't afford it for myself, her response was Oh well you can use Afterpay or Klarna. I'm not taking out debt for skincare because you get a kickback. I would have to tell her multiple times each month I didn't want her expensive skin care. Literally tell her at least 5-6 times in one conversation and she'll still ask before the appointment is done. She also tried to bully me into seeing the esthetician she had hired. I went to the office once to see the esthetician. One look at Katie I knew there was zero chance of me getting anything more than basic Botox. When you have so much filler in your face and lips that you don't even remotely look like you anymore, I'm good. It finally got to a point where I told her Do NOT ask me about or mention skincare ever again. Never again. I had to get very crappy with her to make a point. Not once did I get a receipt for what I was purchasing. April 2025, Katie stopped responding to me. Literally just message after message to her with zero response. At one point I was contacting her twice a day if not more for over 2 weeks. She would randomly text with no reason or apology and would say she sent my script. Yeah, the wrong script. It would then take several more weeks to get another response. She was quick to take my monthly fee. And pester me about skin care. But then would take WEEKS to get my medication. I take medication not just for ADHD but also severe depression. Rule #1 of an antidepressant is to not miss a dose. I went several weeks without any medication. Because she messed around with my medication it caused me go into a deeper depression which of course affected every aspect of my life. Especially my employment. It made it extremely hard to function. I 1000% blame Katie for me loosing my job. Please, if you care about yourself and your mental health RUN to a different provider.

They are slowly growing their business, but currently offer a variety of treatments. I went in for the first time on a Saturday morning to try out the IR Sauna with salt therapy. Their entrance/lobby area is beautiful, comfortable, inviting and relaxing. I was greeted right away by the owner, checked in, and signed the waiver. While waiting, they offer coffee and cold beverages such as bottled water, Lacroix and San Pellegrino. I had time to chat with the owner about his business and how it got started. Ironically enough, the person in the IR Sauna when I arrived, was no other than our Community Manager Nikki! So we chatted while the room was switched over. Upon, entering the IR Sauna room located at the front of the business, I was instructed on different controls, lighting options, changing/dressing options, and music preference. The Sauna itself is an enclosed sauna within a small room. You have the room to yourself and the door locks. You are allowed to dress as you wish inside the sauna, and they provide you with a towel and a robe. There are 20min and 40min session options for the sauna. There is also light therapy offered for the sauna, with a sign on the wall describing the benefits of each color of light. Unlike a traditional steam sauna, you do not sweat as much and can last longer inside the IR Sauna. For my first time, I lasted 18 min before I needed to open the door and step out for some cooler air before returning for the last bit. Currently, single IR Sauna sessions are $25 for 20 min and $40 for 40 min. But they offer package deals for the IR Sauna: 10 sessions (20 or 40 min) is $150, 5 sessions is $100. Unlimited sessions are $100/month. And you can add on a salt boost (which has essential oils and a stronger salt content) for an extra $10. If you are unsure about this service, you can try out a 20min session for $1! The restroom is very spacious and clean, offers hair ties, gum, and mints.
