When you visit in person they say they can give no contact and refer to the 1800 number. I have now been in contact with the 1800 number 4 times and been told 3x a manager would call back about this experience. The provider if I'm not mistaken whose name was Tammy it is the only provider who has noted on this bill was extremly unprofessional and carefree. I had a lab for a UTI that was lost/never delivered. I know this because they sent me a notification. No provider called me like normal with an update I then went in person to ask about. I was told yes It was lost and nothing they could do for me and id still have to pay the bill. Ridicuoules to charge for a service that was never completed. I ended up having to go to the emergency room the pain was so bad after waiting days to get my test results. Do not reccomend this location whatsoever.

Starsiak didnt do any kind of x rays, scans, or measurements, nor did he prescribe any drugs, which is great. I am not one for allopathic modalities such as scans, drugs, surgeries, etc. But Starsiak did not administer anything meaningful either, such as physical adjustments nor prescribing exercises and techniques. What he did was basically laid hands on me for about 45 minutes, and then gas lit me on what he thought was the root of my issues. He parroted back to me what i had already told him during the evaluation phase, but he added a layer of osteopathic jargon to the parroting, maybe to give an air of legitimacy. The ambiance of the office is nice - - because I will say that the decor of the office and examination room are very comforting and conducive to relaxation. But from my experience, he is not psychic nor does he have special healing powers. I chose Starsiak in the first place because i had read such good reviews about him. So I gave Starsiak a shot, but sadly it was a total waste of money and time and his services are not cheap . I should blame myself for the lack of results because I apparently do not have a strong enough self healing imagination. Or maybe the guy just did not like me personally when he met me, so he decided to not grace me with his special healing powers? But he did accept my payment for services so I don't know, it is just a mystery to me why there are so many positive reviews from various individuals opining that Starsiak is a legit healer. I advise anyone that has cranial or musculoskeletal issues to get physical therapy from a PRI practitioner (Physical Restoration Institute). PRI is the future of physical therapy. I have tried all kinds of stuff over the past 30 years, and PRI is the way to go. But there are no PRI practitioners in Indianapolis because the modality is fairly young, and was founded only about 40 years. The nearest ones are in Chicago, Louisville, and Cincinnati.

For context, I'm a medical school professor and very comfortable in a medical setting and know what is and is not acceptable behavior. The PA I saw, Maddie, was personable, very informative, and actually listened... I know that should be what you expect at every doctor's office, but with privatization of insurance that's not always what you get. Heck, she listened and cared more than my students who are REQUIRED to to pass (ha!). She was thorough, listened to all concerned addressed them properly and provided all necessary important information including referrals and follow-ups. She was also incredibly smart and knowledgeable about a lot of topics, and you can tell because she doesn't throw a ton of big words at you to seem smart, it was demonstrated in her ability to describe things at a level that people without medical experience could understand. The medical assistant, Keniesha, who came in to draw blood and run an EKG was polite, knowledgeable and professional while making me feel at ease during understandably uncomfortable tests. There was a line formed and the clinic did not open until 8:00 a.m. Allyson was at the front door in the cold, allowing patients to sign up for their clinic visit. Allyson called me by phone, as I waited in my warm car, when it was time for my appointment. You are required to wash your hands before coming into the waiting area; and, of course wear a mask which must cover your mouth AND your nose. Conrad was the associate who administered my Covid-19 test. Conrad explained the procedure (he also took my temperature and pulse oximetry measurements) and performed my nasal Covid-19 test. Conrad was professional, reassuring and kind as was Allyson. The pandemic has been horrible but these two associates made this process easy and stress free. I thank them for their hard work and dedication for risking their lives to assist the public.
