I work extremely hard & I have to take time off work to go here during their opening hours....and 5 out of 6 visits have not started on time - more than 30 min late. I came back so many times bc you pay 100% up front, so I'm using up my pre-paid services but I will not be back unless a serious effort is made to stay on time & respect my time and money. It's a shame because they do offer unique services that are hard to find in Cleveland area. Today they are training a new person so due to that I was started 30 min late & I was not asked if I was ok with someone training during an intimate treatment! It's unprofessional- I understand people need to learn, but at the very least I should have been notified or possibly offered a discount for the inconvenience it caused to start so late. If you are a person that has tons of free time then this may not be an issue for you, but when you are a person balancing a busy schedule and coming here to improve your health & wellness it has not been a great experience for me due to scheduling /late start problems . I'd understand if I was in a hospital waiting for an exam, but this is a wellness center - they should be able to book accordingly to stay on time!

My root canal was four months old because the previous dentist was unable to fit a crown which she had twice sent out to the lab to create the customized crown , but both times the crown could not fit right in my mouth . I was feeling pretty defeated as my recent root canal procedure was pricey and the tooth was literally getting reinfected since a temporary nor a permanent crown could be fitted . After the second time I realized I would have to seek out a different dentist . I chose Dr Solerno because of his office ability to create in-house crowns and felt this would make it easier for them to tweak one on! Boy was I right about my psychic impression !! I finally have a tooth after months of unable to have a fitted crown . I am grateful for the my tooth , though I was actually getting use to being somewhat of a hillbilly with a lower front tooth missing for months ! Salerno insisted the tooth was in danger and that only dental surgery could save it. So I had a root canal(!) and part of my healthy gum cut off. Then, IMMEDIATELY after the final surgery, Salerno said I would lose the tooth soon anyways and that it wouldn't be long before it happened. So all those needles surgeries just so he could make some quick cash. Disgrace.

I wanted to find someone local who also accepted my insurance, and I'm glad I made the right choice. Having someone working on your teeth is a delicate choice.
