Got halfway to business and received phone calls and text from owner (Woozie) saying she had car problems and could I reschedule later in the day. I got to the building then return back home (30 minutes each way). Sent email and phone calls saying I would meet at her requested time later in the day. Called several times and emailed and received no response. Ended up going to another braider who had same day availability. I requested my deposit back. Received a text later in the day with an apology. Too little too late. I wasted an entire day (my Birthday). Won't schedule any other services. Pleased with the new braider Binta African Hair Braiding in Pawtucket. I requested a refund. She offered $25 credit at her beauty store. No thanks. :(
