When I had an issue in the past with my current glasses prescription, they were quick in finding out what was wrong and figuring out a solution. My doctor here is Dr. Penn Tran and he's always helpful and caring. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my exams or glasses. They have a wide selection to choose from as well as good brands or budget options. I splurged on myself last time and I'll definitely be keeping these glasses for a while. I always make my appointment months in advance as well, I recommend making an appointment as they can get busy. Staff is always nice and the office always looks in pristine condition. 1/5 Stars - Extremely Poor Quality and Unacceptable Service…read moreI had my eye exam and ordered glasses on December 16, 2025. What should have been a simple process turned into a five-month nightmare. I finally received my glasses on January 29, 2026. They looked okay at first, but within one day the heavy, rigid lenses popped right out of the frame. After I brought them back, I reordered the same frame and specifically asked for lighter lenses with scratch-resistant coating. I also requested two pairs as backup. The staff said "no problem" and quoted one to two weeks. Three weeks later I picked them up -- completely wrong. Instead of the Smog Black frame I ordered, I got a shiny baby blue one that looked girly. The lenses were horribly distorted with a bubble effect, like looking through a fish tank. They apologized and said they would remake them. After another three weeks of silence, I finally reached someone who told me the frame style had been discontinued. As a graphic artist who needs to see fine details clearly for work, I said I would accept any suitable replacement. They asked me to wait four more weeks. I called and texted repeatedly. On April 17 they finally admitted more delays. By the end of May -- over five months after my original appointment -- they offered to just refund me with a check. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I went nearly half a year without usable glasses, which directly affected my ability to work. Multiple mistakes, long unexplained delays, wrong items, and poor communication made this one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or needs reliable eyewear.

Each time I have gone in has been great. No complaints. The staff here really care about you and will treat you with respect and more than just a number. I've gone to too many places where it is noticeable they don't care about you or your eyes, just money. This place is not one of them. Every time I've gone in, the staff are chatting with customers asking about their kids/their families. You can tell this place has regulars and that's a green flag in my book. Dr. Everitt is amazing. I went in for new glasses and to try on contacts. I have been trying to find my perfect pair of contacts for the past 3 years. Other optometrists I've been to said my migraines were normal or made excuses for the blurriness by saying "my vision will never be perfect again like it was before I started wearing glasses". Dr. Everitt was the only one who listened to my concerns and tried different options to see which contact prescription and brand works for my eyes. No headaches when I wear contacts and it feels like I'm not wearing anything at all! She is amazing! I also want to give a quick shoutout to the staff who are all so nice and caring. However, my recent experience with the staff has been quite frustrating. My son went in on February 27th for new glasses, and here we are in April with still no glasses. The excuse given was that they have a new lab and his high prescription takes longer. While I understand that some prescriptions require extra time, we've used Costco for his glasses before, and they had them ready in just a week. Waiting almost two months for glasses is unacceptable, especially when we've never waited this long before. The estimated arrival date is now April 21st, which feels excessive. I've heard that the practice is under new management, which might be contributing to these service delays. While I appreciate Dr. Everette's care, the inefficiencies and lack of communication from the staff have been disappointing. As long-time patients, we expect better service, especially considering the costs associated with our glasses. I hope 20/20 Vision can address these staff issues and improve the overall experience for their patients.
