We only come here because it's close to home. There's no where to sit and no one wears a mask in there. The people just cough all over you and your kids. The front desk was efficient, no complaints, the nurse was real sweet and hospitable. The PA Mason Matsubara is real green. He lacks presence and confidence. He seemed very apprehensive and dare I say scared to do a medical examination. We were given the typical "it's probably a viral infection, take over the counter meds" malarkey. When one requested further testing to rule out a bacterial infection, Matsubara claimed that he would check with his supervisor. Matsubara came back stating that they didn't have rapid strep culture tests available, they only had the ones that take 2 days to develop. Dignity should have rapid strep tests readily available at urgent cares to be able to administer medications accordingly. Why have to wait to get worse? Nobody has time to be sick and especially this level of incompetence from a inexperienced PA. When he was asked how to decipher between a viral and a bacterial infection, he went around in nonsensical circles. Respectfully Mr. Matsubara, find another profession not only do you lack knowledge, you have atrocious bedside manner. Dignity do better. read more

Definitely one of those places full of staff that only care about money and not at all about patients. I came here on a Wednesday around 4:30pm, they took me right away so that was nice. I was in a car accident on Sunday, initially after the accident I felt fine most likely because of adrenaline. I came in today because all day yesterday I had a migraine and today my head is aching and my upper body and my back is sore. The physician who checked in on me after the nurse just looked in my ears, listened to my heart. Asked me if I had a fever I told him I was warm when I had a migraine the day before but no fever. And now he's telling me I'm most likely sore from a viral bug or respiratory issue in the making and told me to take tylenol. I was rear ended in a hit n run by a drunk driver who was running a red light going 50mph + while I was nearly stopped yielding to oncoming traffic so I could make a left turn. I was prescribed tylenol. Told me xray was not necessary and told me that my soreness is from a viral infection. Don't waste your time here. The staff is weird not empathetic at all not people that should be health care providers. I would absolutely give 0 stars if I could. read more

I just left here very frustrated. First and foremost there was a healthcare worker (appeared to be a nurse but I can't be sure) who had no mask on the entire time I was there. Going back and forth between the front desk and back room and wearing scrubs. I'm pretty sure health care workers are required to wear a mask in health care settings. This isn't Walmart, and you have susceptible people coming here needing medical attention and may not have the option to leave, potentially getting exposed to covid. This is absolutely unacceptable and I hope it gets addressed. She was mid-late 30s, long straight light brown/dirty blonde hair. I had to give a urine sample and instead of taking it from me, they told me to hold onto it. In the waiting room. With 12-14 people sitting and waiting, staring at me holding me urine. For a half hour. I have never experienced this before. Ever. I went outside because I was embarrassed and there were too many people in there, most not wearing their masks correctly. When I was taken back by a nurse, I was accused of going outside to smoke. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE SMOKED A CIGARETTE! Unbelievable. I've come to this Urgent care so many times and have always had great service. Came in today and everything went smoothly. It wasn't until I left and had to call back to ask for help with my 4 year olds prescription. Michelle the RN answered with so much attitude. Her passive aggressiveness and attitude threw me off that I asked for her name. I never ask for rude customer services names but this time I was just confused and taken back from her. Very disappointed. The workers seemed nice and stuff and got their job done in helping my wife, but they billed her as an emergency hospital visit rather than urgent care. Even with insurance, they charged us quadruple what it should have been. After 2 months of calling them, it has led to nowhere. Bill is threatening to be sent to collections soon so we may just pay it to get rid of the headache. What kind of business has clearly stated office hours and closes before them!? My son split his head open and I arrived at 8:36 for him to be treated. The entire office was dark, the lights outside were off, and no cars were in the parking lot. I checked the doors for hours of operation and I checked online. The hours are clearly stated as 9am-9pm. This business had been closed for a while when I arrived at 8:36. To say that I was frustrated is an understatement! While I did not interact with any office personnel, I find it extremely unprofessional that they would close earlier than their posted business hours. What a joke! read more

I've been coming to this urgent care for years and I've never experienced so much unprofessionalism from the front desk staff Kimberly and Delilah. This is a place where people who aren't feeling well come. Nobody wants to hear (loud) lunchroom chatter/gossip at 930 in the morning when you're trying to check in as quick as possible so you can be seen as quick as possible it is incredibly rude and irritating. I have no problems with the staff EXCEPT for this receptionist(older African American woman) as I'm sitting here she very rudely yells to the patients that we can play our games on our electronic devices but it can't be louder than the tv. Yet she's talking with a patient very loudly. There's mostly children in here waiting and there the ones playing the games. Every time I come here she's rude. I just don't get how she's the first face you see when coming here. Listen. The staff are doing the best they can and we are in the middle of a pandemic, BUT that doesn't excuse the insensitivity. For those who have medical conditions that limit their mobility or ability to stand for prolong periods, they do not care that you are waiting for your transportation to leave (regardles if it is legit medical, government, or private). They will kick you out after 10 minutes even if the waiting room is empty. And no, they don't have chairs or benches outside. Even if the waiting room is full and you have an appointment, you are going to have to tough if out or plead with someone to give you a seat. It is unfortunate but because of the pandemic, they've taken the majority of seats out. So first come, first serve. And no, they will not come outside to let you know you've been called in for your appointment. They do not care. If you have no car, please plan your transportation ahead (or call ahead even if your appointment is not done) so you don't stand outside in this heat either to leave or go to your appointment. There should be a triage set up outside for anyone who has covid symptoms!!!! We asked if we can sit outside until our name got called and the nurse was hesitant but said they will not got outside to call us!!!!! Of course, the line is long and the wait even longer. I'm not disappointed with the help desk or the nurses. But after waiting for an hour and 40 minutes to be seen, the doctor came in for two minutes. Didn't tell me his name, or ask many questions about my symptoms, just looked in my ear (that I can't hear out of) told me he'd prescribe medicine and left. I had to stop him and ask what was wrong with me. He didn't even tell me what he prescribed, what it would do, or how often to take it. Then when I went to the pharmacy, they didn't have my medicine! I called three times and wasn't getting helped. FINALLy, they told me they sent it to a different pharmacy. The PA came into the room for less than a minute and didn't prescribe nothing but Tylenol when it's evident that there's an infection occurring. Last night, my mom had an asthma attack. The provider,Travis Cruz, refused to give her a breathing treatment because she wasn't wheezing and her pulse ox was 95. Well, not all asthmatics wheeze and they can have relatively good pulse ox readings. He did nothing for her. Her! could've had her do a peak flow. Pretty standard. Really simple. My mom ended up just going to the ER. The doctor there gave her a breathing treatment, a dose of prednisone, and a med for pain. They also did an x-ray and some bloodwork. Everything was fine. She just needed the trearment. The provider at this urgent care could have given her a treatment and performed an x-ray easily but he said it is against policy to give a trearment if a patient is not wheezing. That is dangerous because NOT ALL ASTHMATICS WHEEZE. The American Lung Association would agree. It may be a typical symptom for those who do wheeze but it is not a requirement for someone to wheeze to have the condition. I also feel that he thought my mom's health history was too complicated but she can't go to the ER every time nor should she have to. Administer a treatment, then if it doesn't work, send to the hospital. Dear doctors, not all asthmativs wheeze. Stop making that assumption! read more

I never had problems here in previous years but the last time i came in i brought all 3 of my babies with severe phlegm coughs and congested noses and upon discharge i asked if they could provide some cough syrup for my babies and the nurse refused to and then she proceeded to say "you can go to the dollar store, they have cough syrup available" like WHAT lol it was so shocking to here something so unprofessional and insensitive come out of a nurses mouth that i had no idea how to process how i was just treated.
