Since agreed to the terms of the contract, workers came in very fast. they ripped the old shingle also fast, but didn't put huge tarp to handle the debris: they had small parts of tarps laying on the ground and throwing old shingles on them, I would say 80% hit the target. Of course bad wood was found, and a new charge came with it. Sales person was playing the game of forgetting what his manager just told him to charge, and that's the way I've got a huu-u-uge discount of $200 off the additional charge. During the replacement workers damaged the plants around the house,even though were SPECIFICALLY asked not to,siding and gutters that they were STEPPING on!!!!!!. After they left,the sales person was invited to see the"battle field": all grass and bushes around the house were full of sharp wooden chips,huge amounts of the old and new nails. Some of the shingles were nailed to the roof and not sealed. The junk from the driveway was removed by.... leafblowers. Bottom line: service -BAD, after showing sales person all the damage - not even a plant ( rose) was suggested to replace, even after they returned and I was helping them with my magnet I have found many leftover nails, the impose HEALTH THREAT to my kids, and others.

After I posted a job situation that I was undertaking at my home, within the first hour, I was…read morecontacted by this company. A professional name Armond contacted through the Yelp site and we began communicating, which included me sending pictures of my project and he gave me his best idea on what needed to be done and we agreed that he would come out to my home the very next day and get an idea of exactly what needed to be done. Armond was very polite and professional and stated that as long as there wasn't extensive work that would lengthen the period of time the job needed to be done. It would generally cost $80 to complete my job. I was rather surprised because he was cautious and didn't know if that was a high price And I couldn't agree with him more that it was a fair price and it was our agreement that we held to. Today, which was the very next day Armond came out and he looked at the job and outside of an electrical box that needed to be removed because it was part of the previous spotlight that was in the location where we needed to install the new one. Within an hour , armond had the previous spot lamp down after some minor complication with the screws and began installing the new spot lamp, but it was a little more complicated because the spot lamp also included a camera that was a pan and tilt style and also was motion censored to Keyon someone or something that would be moving in the yard. It took approximately 40 minutes for Armond to mount the spotlight, and after we got the light mounted, and we started to read the instructions for the camera that was also controlled by an application on the iPhone. It stated that to install the spotlight camera in an optimum manner. We should have it in the house and in our hands and plugged in to a USB battery pack which in the end we got away with just connecting the battery pack while we were out in the yard where the Internet was a strong signal. In a little more than an hour, Armond had the spotlight camera up and help set up the application and the camera is working spectacularly and it was worth the purchase. I have to say that out of all the people I've hired on Yelp, Armond was one of the most professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the project he came to take on. I would recommend and certainly use this company in the future for everything and anything that they would be willing to take on as a project at my home and I would recommend them to anyone for their professionalism with my job.
