Opus does a great job with all the estate sales that I have been too. I find that they take on many of the "higher end' estates vers the highly packed, or lower end of things. I do find their prices higher than some of their competition. Few of their sales are "make a pile" for one price. I generally buy less at Opus sales as I cant get a deal, and resell value is not that high. Staff are always very nice and communication solid. COVID precasusion are in place and enforced. read more

Outrageous prices, they just surprise you with full retail after you shop. Tried to sell me a used north face fleece vest for 20, and a used Lululemon vest for 40. Tried extorting 200 bucks for a bag of junk. When I refused to negotiate saying we're too far apart and that price is ridiculous, she then kicked me out of the sale and told me to never come back. These women have zero idea of the actual resale value. Either that or they're not selling the good stuff reasonably on purpose so they can inherit it after their sales to resell at another time. Scam situation all around. Terrible company read more

Highly recommend! We needed to clean out a house for estate purposes and they did an outstanding job of organizing everything, taking photos and getting things sold. They were in constant contact and we couldn't be happier with the results. read more
