Doctor Sundar is supposed to be a pain management doctor. He passed me around the office to another doctor only to come back to him. My last visit he didn't even lift my sleeve up to see how swollen my elbow was. He proceeded to tell me that after ( 4 other doctors and 11 years of treatment) on my elbow ( tennis elbow) he saw nothing . Well again he didn't. Even look at the swelling! I couldn't believe as I left ORA that this was a pain management doctor. Lucky for me , my husband is a Veteran and we have dual residency, I've contacted a doctor in Nevada who is familiar with my injury from 30 years of doing cocktails and they will treat it . What a waste ! Took me months to get into see him. read more

Good doctor and great staff very clean .. You know what gets my nerves is that if we are 15 mins late we owe them 50$ but they can be an hour and half late make us wait,, not I'm running an hour behind nothing we are supposed to be ok with it.i think its rude and ridiculous.. This office has some of the rudest nurses working here. The nurse Amy butchered my daughter's name. Common thing but when corrected about it she gave a very disrespectful response and disconcerted. Then expressed to me that I shouldn't go to the back with my daughter. I take it that the staff haven't done an ethics and diversity training. Which is very sad and if they have they are not expressing the necessity of applying said training. read more

Started off with their urgent ortho care in Moline. I was referred to Hussein the hip specialist due to my injury being my hip. This dumbass with a doctorate ordered a back MRI instead of a hip MRI. Then he proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do for me and refers me to Sundar in the pain clinic. Sundar another dumbass with a doctorate told me he could inject me but wasn't sure of where to stick or if it would even help me. I was then referred over to Berry, not a dumbass but not smart enough to see that dumbass Hussein ordered a back MRI instead of the hip MRI that I was needing. I will give Berry credit for referring me over to Concentra where a nurse practitioner caught dumbass Hussein's error. I decided to go with Orthopedic Specialists in Davenport seeing as how dumbass Hussein fumbled the ball on the one yard line. I was diagnosed with a labral hip tear and Dr. Darmafall did the hip arthroscopy to correct the tear. I continued having pain after the surgery and physical therapy. I tried to return to ORA and see another hip specialist that I wasn't aware that he was available to help me with the pain I was continuing to go through. All of my paperwork was sent in to see if dumbass Pokorney would see me to assist me with my pain. After reviewing my paperwork only and without having seen me in person the biggest dumbass at ORA said there was nothing he could do for me. I'm not a doctor, but another MRI or some range of motion tests could've gave him an idea of what could've been the cause of the constant daily pain I still have. Don't waste your time with ORA, too many dumbasses that don't give a shit about you as much as they claim to and all they want is to milk your insurance and you out of every penny they can get. Also don't believe all of the high ratings these assholes get, they pay to have bad ones scrubbed off the internet. read more

The main ORA orthopedic in general is only out from numbers and not the patients best interest at heart. They have been pushing complete shoulder replacement surgery when 95% could've held off with Cortisone shots. I have had Cortisone shots in my back, and in my knee, and every doctor has used a sonogram machine to see where the arthritis is at to make sure the Cortizone shot goes directly where it is needed. ORA gave me my Cortisone shot In my left shoulder did not use a sonogram machine. The pain did not go away. I came back to request another Cortisone shot and I was told I had to have a complete shoulder replacement surgery. I wasn't impressed at all as he just sat there allowing another Doctor to belittle him. I'm just curious whose shoulder is does it belong to? It belong to me instead they pretty much handed me my file and told me to get lost. So now I go to Orthopedic Specialist on Dexter Court, she looked at ORA's reports. She said eventually I will need that surgery but with the range of motion I have. It would be a shame to lose all of my motion. I got my Cortisone shot. She actually used a sonogram machine and I have no more pain. Patients you have the right to receive a second opinion. Please get one. Just because these doctors have been in business a long time doesn't mean they are right. read more

They will charge you a new patient charge for every new injury and every new doctor you see. We were charged new patient charges twice for our son's injury this school year. One for the new injury, even thought they had his information from a previous sports injury. One for a new doctor because the doctor he saw the first time for this new injury was not the doctor they wanted him to see for where the injury was. Be prepared to pay extra unnecessary charges. When questioning the charges, Joleene from billing said they put in the codes they're given so they are not being criminal, but she cannot tell me who decides these codes. read more
