We got several quotes at different reasonable ranges but only Nelson (the owner) truly impressed us. We arrived after the store was closed (due to Google having incorrect closing times) but Nelson opened back up and stayed for over an hour consulting with us. Never once did he rush us or imply that he had other things to do. And this was before we even agreed to be his clients! No one else showed that level of professionalism. You can guess how the rest went so I will spare you the details. We gave Nelson's team a very short deadline yet they met it and the work is SPECTACULAR! we couldn't be happier. Now, that's not to say there weren't hiccups. However, Nelson immediately took the proper steps needed to resolve any issues that arose. Even more so, he was always polite, caring and honest. Those qualities are far more important to me than the bottom price (which was among the lowest we were quoted as well). I will DEFINITELY be hiring Nelson and his team for future projects. But don't take my word for it. Go and see for yourself. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I'm so pleased to report that I did! The owner of Ace Handyman Services in Altamonte Springs, FL is a kind, helpful guy and the repairman he sent was OUTSTANDING. Thank you, Domingo, for turning my daughter's broken house into a cozy home. From ceiling fan installation to curtain rods to stucco repair to painting and screens and other repairs, Domingo can do it all. And this guy works like a demon! Customers pay by the hour and he seems quite mindful of that. And what a nice man! Plans to accommodate expected construction were ignored. Project terminated after first part because over-budget and not as expected. The owner personally responded, apologized and tried to help but could not change/correct what had been done. It was when there was a wood shortage and he was having troubles finding board on board panels so he hand built it. It was so beautiful and, to this day, I get compliments.
