Lou was the best! He has always gone above and beyond and has never settled for results short of perfection. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and was quick to find the best way to clean my specific type of flooring. My floors are an open pore type of marble with pits and crevices throughout. It just wouldn't come clean! Lou came in and after a few short tests on the floor (educating me along the way) he had find a solution to completely restore these floors. Wow. I couldn't be happier with the results. The previous owner sealed the floor, and there was grout trapped in the crevices which contributed to making the floor look dirtier. I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE looking for great value for the quality and high level of work done.
