Fought with insurance and eventually got them to pay all of their share and even most of mine. I had a refund due of $121.50. Not only did the practice not notify me for 2 months, they tried to tell me I owed them an additional $121.50. Finally got them and insurance on the line and got them to refund to my original credit card used. Next day Omaha Oral Surgery calls me and says they didn't process the refund and "the check's in the mail and maybe you'll get it in about 15 days". Horrible way to do business. Cash flow issues? (Also told me I couldn't pick up the check)

The questions they asked were all about my past dental experiences and actually about my anxieties about going to the dentist. The only thing was I think i read the review on the other location having massage chairs and tv screens on the ceilings. Maybe the other chairs may have this but the one i was put in twice didn't. Anyways It was easy and I was surprised how fast I was able to get in as a new client for my dental pain and was then able to Schedule my cleaning a week after (that might have been luck though). Anyways the minute I ran in the front desk ladies were so warm, friendly and bright and even offered a koozy right off the bat. I actually have been to previous offices where I've actually switched providers just bc the front desk/ancillary staff were the absolute worst but not here! The dental hygienist here not only as friendly but understanding and so knowledgeable compared to other places! They are also on top of their covid precautions too! I can't wait for the pandemic is over so I can finally see those smiles that I know were beaming under those masks!

He is absolutely amazing!!!!!  His knowledge, current technology and most of all his compassion for his patients is something that I can't even find words to describe.  I have had a lot of dental work done so I know the good from the bad I have 100% trust in Dr Shnayder and his amazing staff.   The office is absolutely gorgeous!!! The location is easy to find and easy to access. The front desk gals are so down to earth and make you feel at ease the minute you walk in the door. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I've ever had with any medical…read moreoffice. I was given an estimate around $600 for my visit in April, only to be hit with a shocking $2,500 bill afterwards which was received in late June. Since July, I've been trying to get answers, and instead I have been met with rudeness, avoidance, and zero accountability from the front office. I repeatedly asked to speak with the doctor and was told he "does not talk on the phone with patients." At my follow up cleaning in September, I confronted him directly about the ongoing billing issues and the dismissive treatment I'd been getting. He told me, "We will get this taken care of," and took every document I brought - the estimate, the bills, phone logs - everything. I finally thought someone was taking this seriously. Instead, nothing changed. A few weeks later, I received the exact same $2,500 bill with no explanation, no update, nothing. When I called again, a staff member offered a payment plan but then told me the amount I could actually afford was not accepted by the doctor - he needed double the monthly payment. When I asked for time to figure things out, communication suddenly stopped. My calls were not returned, my messages were ignored, and even my email received no response. I was calling weekly with no progress. Today, after months of trying to resolve this with the office directly, I found out they sent my bill to collections without notifying me. After everything, this was how they chose to handle it. I have never dealt with such poor communication, lack of follow- through, and disregard for patient's concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office to anyone.

I come for treatment with someone who is competent and honest. I feel very lucky that Dr. Belitz is my dentist.
