Well, you know how people have anticipation over an upcoming event, I didn't look forward to this event AT ALL. In fact, I felt a certain grieving as when I had a miscarriage years ago. But as I sat in the quiet waiting room, I felt neither regret or anticipation. And I didn't have to sit and wait long-getting into a stew. Things went quickly and efficiently making me proud of the medical personnel and Dr Marshall. I felt cared for. Not just another patient, in an assembly-line treatment. And the fact that Dr was astute enough to see another tooth needing pulled just made me more confident in this whole life-changing event. All questions were answered thoroughly and aftercare was satisfactory. Receiving an after-event phone call from the office before I was even home, confirmed my prior comfortability and confidence in the whole office. I was a patient in this office over 30 years ago, and two of my children have now been patients (all of us for wisdom teeth extractions). Scheduling appointments is easy and they provide up-front estimates of insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs in advance. Front office staff are very friendly and helpful, and they work efficiently to reduce waiting. The nurses and doctors are fantastic! They are very patient, explain everything thoroughly and in advance, answer any and all questions, provide comprehensive after-care instructions, and make sure you know that after-hours response is always available. When my son had some minor issues after his procedure, they stayed open late to see him right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else for these services! read more

Dr. Heit did an excellent job. I had an back upper molar extracted. I was surprised at how quickly it came out. Dr. Heit's assistant was great. Did a great job making me feel comfortable. After a couple bad experiences at Aspen Dental, I was a little nervous. I felt like my well being was what was important to them. Very busy place. Only complaint was that my appt. was at 11:15 am and I didn't get in till almost noon. All the staff I dealt with was very nice. Really liked the on-line patient forms. Great not to have to fill out all the paperwork there at the office. read more

Dr. Marshall & staff are wonderful. Of course I was very nervous about having my procedure. My nurse was so thoughtful & caring. Dr. Marshall came in & he is so calming, amazing bedside manor. Made me feel at ease instantly. I loved the fact that they don't make you lay in that chair & wait. They understand that having this kind of work done is scary & he got right to work. Their friendliness and willing to help doesn't get any better. I have had to use their facilities, twice in the last six months and both times rated excellent. Not being the best of patients, they are more than willing to put my phobias to rest. No problems, and no rushes. Always willing to work with me and give me the best care possible. My son had his wisdom teeth removed it was a great experience!! They are top notch at what they do, I was more worried about it than my son, but Dr. Marshall put all my fears to rest. He went in for the wisdom teeth removal and it only took about a hour, and explained all after care to me throughly and we went on our way.
