I was almost sick with worry over what it was going to cost us. When we got there, there was no waiting, they got us right in. They were very courteous and professional, and they had dentures that we could afford. They in no way made us feel bad that we couldn't afford something better. Everyone was so nice. Over the weekend I developed an abscess and called first thing Monday morning to see if I could get in that day or the next. I was losing my cobra dental insurance on Tuesday. The receptionist told me that he didn't have any openings so I explained to her my insurance situation and asked if he could squeeze me in as it would only take a few minutes to confirm an abscess and prescribe an antibiotic. Again she told me no. I told her thanks for nothing and hung up. I will be looking for a new dentist and will take my family with me. They just lost 4 patients!
