I tried Órale for the first time recently and picked up dinner--and honestly, I was impressed. The food was super fresh and flavorful, and I'm already thinking this might be my new go-to spot for Halal Mexican. We ordered the chicken quesadillas and birria tacos. I really appreciate that everything on the menu is made with halal meat, so I didn't have to second-guess what I could order. One thing to keep in mind: since everything is made fresh, it does take a bit of time to get your food. But it's absolutely worth the wait. You can taste the difference--nothing felt greasy or heavy, and the salsa especially tasted like it was just made. Even after eating, I didn't feel bloated, which isn't always the case with quesadillas or tacos. If you're into spicy food, just a heads-up: the spice level was on the milder side. I'm guessing they tone it down a bit for a wider crowd, but you can always ask for extra heat or add your own hot sauce. Definitely planning to come back soon!

Went to Orale for the 1st time. I did not realize it was right in my neighborhood. We ordered the Orale Burrito and you can see how enormous it was. The sauce was really tasty and the shredded chicken inside was delicious. The service was very good considering it was 1 person for the whole place! He was very attentive and super nice. You will also see the adorable tables in the pictures. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend!

I love the authenticity of this place. The food is authentic Mexican food with the best fresh ingredients. You can really tell the food is extra fresh! The staff is warm and welcoming. Because it is not in a modern shopping strip you night miss it, but don't. Tip: call and place your order since orders take approximately 15 minutes to make. Take a minute and read the menu and learn about what makes their food so special.

Simple location with just plain excellent food. They have maintained their quality of food to be very high after all the time. Basic set up but I am not interested in high ambiance. Nabil is a very welcoming host with high energy and fast action. Food is made to order so if you want fast food, can go to TacoBell for it. Not I. Just cannot say enough good things about his place.

Really good tacos! We tried an assortment: chicken, al pastor, carnitas, beef, and veggie. All excellent. You can choose corn or flour tortillas. The guacamole is amazing!!!! So glad we ordered it. The tortillas chips are homemade and very crisp and delicious too. Very pleased with our carry out and would definitely come here again.

After several attempts to try this place we finally made it here. They don't open until around 4pm and we were always early. Our dinners were good although my chicken quesadillas were a little too salty tasting for me but my husband thought different. He really liked his dinner, enchiladas with green sauce. The service and ambience were spot on and the restaurant was really clean.

Fresh made to order food, pretty busy place. One of the best and most authentic Mexican place in the area. They have a halal menu and plenty of food. Nabeel was our server, he was great, friendly and top notch service. The place is small and cozy. clean with plenty of seating. Their red hot sauce is super spicy but amazing. Fresh salsa, try it with hot sauce. Being picky but I think the prices are slightly high

Orale is a new Mexican restaurant located in the Keego Harbor/Sylvan lake area on Orchard Lake Rd in a small strip mall west of Middlebelt. It's a relatively small business, maybe ten tables max for seating, and easy to miss unless you are looking for it. Size aside, this business packs an overweight punch when it comes to serving up good authentic Mexican food. For our first meal here we ordered the Chicken Fajita and Chicken Quesadilla entree's. Both entrees were well made and tasty where in particular the Fajita platter onions/peppers were sautéed to perfection versus the the normal overcooked veggies you typically see in many other Mexican restaurants. As a small gripe, I would have liked a bit more seasoning on my Chicken fajita's to take the platter taste to the next level but realize the difficulty this presents to a business trying to find a common ground that meets all their customers palates. Aside from the main entrees, I thought the chips and salsa were quite good and loved the bean side with my fajita's. Overall, we were quite pleased with our food where Orale is a great new addition to the Keego/Sylvan area and should not be missed if you are a fan of well made Mexican food.

This was the best salsa I have ever had.my husband ordered the pozole and he said it was also the best the corn in it was so good.We even bought some of the salsa to take home.Idk why this place wasn't more packed but it definitely should be.The server we had was also super helpful.Love the vibe in here too.

Keego has a new Mexican - and it is authentic, not fringe food. This is a 4.5 star review. Minus half a star because the guy working the POS is slooow to enter orders, and then the kitchen has to come out and ask basic questions about the order. I anticipate that this will resolve itself over time. I ordered three Al Pastor tacos for dine-in. Chips and four different salsa were promptly delivered. They were all excellent. Great flavors, textures and thickness. The tacos were large-ish with generous portions of ingredients and the flavors were excellent - the best I have had in SE Michigan. They are not inexpensive $11.something before tip, but I will order them again. There is also a $10 lunch special: two tacos, beans, rice and water. Will I return? Yes! The menu and website both mention that they will soon open for breakfast. I am looking forward to it.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant was very clean and quiet due a Thursday evening. The food was simply awesome. These were the best enchiladas I've had. They were filled with meat, not just cheeses. Had the perfect amount of sauce that allowed you to soak up every last drop with the three enchiladas you received, they were not drenched or dry like some places like to serve you. The salsa is fresh and tastes amazing. The best salsa I've had at a restaurant in years. Will be back again for sure.
