Best tacos I have had in San Jose, CA. I ordered the tacos with fresh tortillas and they melt, bro. I don't know how it can carry the carne asada into your mouth, and then that tortilla just melts, bro. I need more tacos. The service is polite and the food came pretty quickly. Another taco truck in SJ yay!! There is outdoor seating but it does get chilly at night. Food truck is cash only or they also accept Zelle. I would recommend to come here for their burritos cuz this is my fav spot for burritos. I have had tacos and other things on the menu but honestly would just pass and get their burritos yes!! I heard of this truck from IG and it looked promising so I thought I'd try it out and it was a big disappointment. We ordered the Alambre, carne asada super burrito and mar y Tierra and pastor tacos. First, all the meat was dry and super lemony. It seemed they doused everything with lemon and it all tasted tangy, which I am NOT a fan of. The Alambre had barely any cheese and it looked NOTHING like the pics and vids I've seen and just wasn't worth the money. They open at 5:30, but they might still be getting ready. My experience: When I arrived it was around 20 minutes after they open, and they were still setting up. It took them about 20-30 minutes for them to finish setting up. After ordering two burritos, l waited another 31 minutes for my food. The burritos were fine/mid. Food wasn't bad, but not mind blowing either. Overhyped in my opinion. Atmosphere: It's located on Alum Rock, so expect what Alum Rock brings to the table.
