Instead of offering a clear solution, I was told that I first need to return the product, which again costs me time and effort for a mistake that was clearly not mine. Why would I need to return the shoes? It's not like they can sell a broken shoe to someone else. For a defective item, I expect a customer-friendly resolution, not additional work for the customer. This experience has seriously lowered my trust in this company's service.

The store is immaculate and has an ample amount of space-- I probably would not return to the store other than a pickup because the styles in the store limited and they do not sell either model that I wear, but I did appreciate the experience there.

A 900-square-foot shop transformed from the old bar. High ceiling and brick walls and some French doors from the former bar were left intact. A A hothouse for flowers at the back of the store separate the retail space and where Christensen plans to design her own line. For now she's just hanging aroung there to "show how you can wear things differently." The model-turned-photographer calls her store "Butik" - an old-fashioned Danish word for specialty store. Seling there clothes and footwear, accessories and jewelry, candles, soaps, perfumes and chocolate she has personally collected from all over world with her supermodel passport. The store is adorable, filled with knick-knacks, pieces from the Christensen & Sigersen clothing line and antiques- all with that sweet Danish charm. Since it was before Christmas, it was also overflowing with hand made Christmas ornaments! I found a pair of lovely candles and an incredibly Danish man (whom I am convinced is Sigerson) informed me that they were hand made by an old lady in Copenhagen.
