The suits were reasonably priced and we were in and out in 20 minutes. I will probably update this review once we pick up the suit after alterations are complete. Moe (Sales) knew my size without measuring me, and he found the size in the style that I asked for - no recommending something else because of whatever. I walked in on a Monday at 11 am, bought two suits, and Hamid (The Master Tailor) marked the cuff and waist alterations - all in 40 mins. The alterations were done by 3 pm! These suits fit me like bespoke garments. The Suit Store is now my go-to place: unlike some "big names" and national brands, this was all helpfulness at reasonable prices without any attitude. I was looking for black suits for work that offer flex material as part of the built, I needed tuxedo shirts in size 17-17.5 but they did not have any, within 15 minutes he got me 2 suits to try which were the perfect fit. I came here yesterday because a friend wanted to check them out. My friend's son is getting married so this place was ideal in looking for a suit. The Suit Store Outlet has tons of suits in every color and size. They have such a wide variety of suits but that's not all they have. They also offer shoes, shirts and all kinds of ties. We were assisted by Ray. He was very kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable- 4 qualities anyone can appreciate when shopping at an establishment. I used the restroom while I was there. Ray was so kind to escort me. It was in the back where they had tailors altering clothes. My visit to The Suit Store Outlet was quick as we only spent about 15 minutes in there but during our visit we were able to peek at several suits- many different brands including designer suits which ranged in prices from $99 and up from what I could see; with the average suit costing around $199-$299. I will never buy a suit here again, as soon as I walked in the door I could feel the pressure to buy what ever they try to throw at me like they were working off commission, with all the sellers standing around it felt like I was on a car sellers lot! I have bought suits where the Suit Seller could look at me and pick a suit off the shelf and just have to shorten the sleeves and pants legs. These guys had to keep upsizing me 4 times and trying to tell me that it would fit if I left the button open. I kept telling them the only time I open the button is when I'm sitting down it's to tight give me a bigger size. Yes I realize a 52 short is a bit unusual but if you don't have my size I understand I'll just find a place that does or I would respect you if you could order it for me then trying to push what you have on the rack. After the alterations the pants were creasing at the knee in the front, the salesman kept telling me to buy suspenders I had to teach him if I put on suspenders it's going to ride up on me they needed to call over the tailor to tapper the front of the pants so the front was higher and the back hang lower so it drops at the top off my shoe without a crease at the knee. Only give a second star because the suit was nice but the service was horrible read more

We went to the Suit Store Outlet 4 days before our wedding and they were able to accommodate my husband and his 3 groomsmen in 48 hours! Everything has been shut down due to COVID. On June 15th, retail stores were able to finally open. Our wedding date was June 19th and without hesitation, Alex, Ned, and J.R. flew into action and made everything possible. They showed the gentlemen many options, were extremely accommodating, and used their professional knowledge to meet my husband and his groomsmen's styling needs. At one point, 2 vests were not ready for pick up along with the other items, and Ned drove the vests 35 minutes to drop them off to our home. You can't beat that service! Bizarrely good, I should say :) I've never in all my years been able to buy a nice suit and be out the door in ~45 mins with it being fitted in near real-time like I did at this place. Mark was my guy - after asking all the right questions, guided me through several suit options to find the right selection.
