The condo was well equipped, just needed to bring our clothes, beach towels, toiletries, cleaning necessities for laundry and kitchen, and food. The twin beds in the kids room were comfortable enough, as was the queen in the second bedroom. The master bedroom was beautiful and spacious, but the bed was unbearable. The king bed was hard as a rock. We actually decided to pack up and go home early due to the bed. My husband and I were in pain most of the trip due to the hardness/stiffness of the bed. When I say hard as a rock, I mean this bed did not move. It was like sitting on a wall. I would love to stay in the unit again if the master bedroom was a different bed. I love a firm bed with some softness on top. This could have used a mattress topper and we went to buy one, but the topper we found was $120 and we didn't feel like that was a purchase we should have made. Overall though, this is a great family friendly resort with amazing views.

It is a hidden fee that you are charged when you check out. It's $15/night for self parking. It can be found only on the "policies" section, where you have to look for additional fees. All staff members I encountered during my three days here were friendly and helpful. The weather didn't permit pool time, but it was clean and pretty to look at, and the view of the beach was nice. Walking distance to so many food places and shopping. Unlike other hotels I've stayed in, the walls were not paper thin so I had no noise disturbances! Big buffet breakfast in the lobby, and a tiki bar outside. What more can you ask for? Except fluffier pillows - these were flat within seconds, but honestly, that would be my only negative and that's not a dealbreaker at all. Next time, I'll just bring my own.

When we first checked in, Gregory checked us in and he was AWESOME!! He was hilarious and made our check in so easy and sweet!!! The breakfast was not up to par, BUT we did get it about an hour before it was about to close and it had been open for 3 hours already, so we gave it the benefit of the doubt!! The shower pressure is phenomenal and the rooms were so nice and clean! This is definitely the nicest Holiday Inn we have stayed at!! We also definitely recommend getting an ocean view balcony, it is so worth it! The biggest con we had here is their wifi is not that great & it won't stay connected or won't connect at all.

Weird position for the couch in front of the balcony the way the door opens, it would make more sense if the door opened from the right and vs the left. Housekeeping did open our door @ 945 am without knocking and we had a do not disturb tag on our door. They never fixed our safe deposit box so we couldn't use it, the batteries were dead. Pools were nice they have towels available. The beach is beautiful. Sadly it was super windy and a double red flag weekend so we could not enjoy the ocean.

The air conditioned beverage cart we saw this year was impressive. Conditions were very good with consistent greens which is always a plus.
