This was our 2nd year for combined family vacation so finding a place that would fit all eight of us comfortably, well I think we found it with this property. With 3 bedrooms and 4(YES, 4) bathrooms, spacious kitchen, large living room and dining table to sit 6-8 (pulled 2 chairs from kitchen bar) we found the space almost perfect for all of us (4 adults, 2 pre-adult boys & 2 tween girls). The 1st master bedroom is really nice with walk in closet, huge bathroom sporting a jacuzzi tub plus separate shower built for 2 (dual shower heads) then closed off toilet area for uninterrupted reading. Second, master bedroom is nice a little smaller with tub & shower combo. Third bedroom comes with 2 queen size beds with separate bathroom incl2uding tub/shower combo and toilet. So you have all three bedroom with own bathrooms plus a fourth in main hall way. It is full bath with shower plus a full size washer & dryer, having this 4 bathroom gave so much extra especially with kids. Helped keep the bathroom arguments to a minimum with very little "so an so" is taking forever in the bathroom. The bar area is really nice addition with ice maker and full sink but does NOT come stocked with alcohol there is liquor store within a block. Suggestion, bring your own it will be much cheaper just bring a little more than you think you want its easier to bring it back. The kitchen is spacious, well stocked modern appliances, comes with blender under the bar, hand mixer, coffee maker (makes 10 cups without a keep warm feature), there is a Kuerig unsure it works, 4 sliced toaster, and last but not least a slow cooker. The side-by-side fridge is a little on the small side, with ice & water dispenser on the door you can have cubed or crushed ice. One of the other heads up is the fridge requires a FULL 24hrs to get items really cold. Its very similar to rv fridge once you stock it just takes time but it will get there. The kitchen bar has 4 tall chairs with a nice granite counter for kids or adults to sit around. Each room has flat screen tv and connection to Dish Network we never turned it on since on vacation and really don't care about what is happening outside of our space right now. We did bring Alexa & Echo Dot, placed the Dot in the kids room kept us from having to shout down the hall we just did a "drop-in" and it worked perfectly especially since the apt provides free WiFi. The balcony is roomy and will accommodate about 6-8 people unfortunately not enough chairs for sitting. There are lots of amenities on this property especially for kids with huge a lazy river, twisty water slide, in/out door pools, 4 hot tubs, snack cart for gelato, pizza & burgers plus small arcade with a few games. One of the gigs against this property is after paying for the rental property you must also pay for parking, should be included in cost of apartment rental. Several restaurants are close and Walmart Neighborhood grocery within 3 miles. We really enjoyed this property and will look to be back in the future...

The staff were all helpful and friendly. There was someone playing live music at certain times of the day. The room was clean and had a simple but nice setup. The shower had great water temperature and pressure. We had an ocean view room which was worth the extra cost. Waking up to the beach every morning was so satisfying. Reading on the balcony while listening to the ocean sounds and watching the waves was everything that I needed. The hotel has beach towels that are easily checked out through a machine. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available first come first serve to hotel guests which is very convenient. There was a heated outdoor pool, a volleyball net and a few games inside. We ate all of our meals at the hotel. We ate at the grab and go food spot. I ordered the feta and spinach croissant, a chocolate chip scone and a cappuccino. We also ate dinner at the latitude 30. I ordered a ceasar salad and calamari. For breakfast at latitude 30, I ordered the French toast dish that comes bacon and I ordered a side of eggs. We also ate at the fine dining restaurant onsite where I ordered the seared scallops dish and the vanilla crème brûlée. All of the meals that we ate at the hotel were very tasty. The restaurant staff were all kind and the utensils were spotless. I believe food may have also been served at the bar near the pool, but I didn't try any food from there during my visit. I really had an enjoyable time at this hotel and I plan to return in the future.

The pool and jacuzzi are right on the sand, which makes it extra relaxing. The staff is super helpful and we have to give a shoutout to Noah Vegas for the customer service he provided. The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is due to the food. They only offer a lackluster breakfast buffet and during the day undercooked pizza. I'd pass on the food but everything else was solid.

We wanted to arrive a couple of days before checking into our condo, so we booked a two-night stay here, and we're glad we did. The hotel is on the smaller side, but that's actually part of its charm. It's centrally located in Orange Beach, making it easy to get to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. The beach access is unbeatable, and the views from the dining area are absolutely beautiful. There is a pool, but it's fairly small. Since the entire property is smaller than many beachfront resorts, you won't have a ton of privacy around the pool. On the plus side, it never felt overcrowded, which made for a relaxing stay. One thing I definitely recommend is eating breakfast here. It was excellent and a great way to start the day. They also serve pizza in the evenings. It's a thick, almost Chicago-style pizza, so just know what you're ordering. The flavor was fantastic, and one pizza was easily enough to feed our family. Our room was a huge hit with the kids. It included bunk beds, which they were so excited about, along with an Xbox, a desk, and a large flat-screen TV. It really felt like the hotel had families in mind. The lobby gift shop was also surprisingly well stocked with snacks, drinks, toiletries, and even common medicines you might need during your stay. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for an extra night or two in Orange Beach before or after your main vacation. I'd gladly stay here again. My only suggestion for the hotel: since you're serving that delicious, hearty pizza, it might be worth stocking a few antacids or Tums in the gift shop too! 10/10--highly recommended!

It was at the end of the hall, so it was very spacious. It had a small microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, and a safe. Room was clean, bathroom was nice, WiFi was sketchy (more on that in a sec), and pillows were flat as pancakes but that's literally every hotel we've ever stayed in, so no points deducted for that. The only complaint is that the maintenance guys (internet guys?) unexpectedly came in two times (once on Thursday & once on Friday) to work on our room WiFi. We had been having trouble with it, but had not filed a repair request. Apparently, they were changing the boxes out in every room so every time our WiFi dropped it was because we were unknowingly connected to surrounding rooms' WiFi since ours didn't work and as they were taken offline, we saw it as it happened. It's good that they were changing out the boxes but we didn't understand why the front desk didn't give us a heads up. After all, they had texted me twice, once with the welcome text and again with a follow up text. A simple FYI would've been appreciated. Other than that non-communication, everything else was great. Beautiful view of the gulf, with beach access and a heated pool. Good, central location between Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, & Pensacola and front desk employees were professional. I would recommend!
