They are trying to charge THREE times what other businesses in the area considered an acceptable amount. After speaking with my insurance they mentioned they have hundreds of lawsuits regarding windshields with this company alone. - They were timely and professional when installing however not worth the hassle of a lawsuit. This company is horrible to work with. They do not communicate at all. You have to constantly call them for updates and they say they will call you back and they don't. After 4 months of trying to get our windshield fixed with them, I fired them. They literally called me an hour before our scheduled appointment to have the windshield replaced and told me they would not be able to come cause they needed another part after we already waited 4 months for parts to come in. Again with me having to constantly call and follow up with them. Stay far away form this company. read more

the replacement of the side window on my wife's Murano went great. It was quick and half the price of the stealership. The only reason it's not getting five stars is because I was told the technician would clean up all loose glass. When I asked him if he would be vacuuming up the glass shards on the ground after completion he said "don't you have a broom you can sweep it up with?" Then he left. I was told this clean up was included in the cost. 3 stars. read more

Please save yourself more issues than you started with by avoiding this company. They may be cheaper than competitors, but just pay the extra to avoid hassle. After my windshield replacement I got in my car and noticed more issues than when I called the company. This company put my convertible top out of order, which causes my trunk to be out of order. Before the replacement my car was in perfect working condition, the convertible top opened and closed perfectly, now I cannot access using the top as the technician pushed in the button so much that the car tells me the top is not secure anymore. My trunk does not open at all. The driver side light on my car doesn't work anymore either. I emailed the company with photos of my issues and they did respond to me and sent out a technician who told me they read forums about the issues with my car. He said that the damages cannot be proven that the windshield replacement technician caused them. Now I have not gotten any contact from the company. If I could upload videos of me trying to open the trunk and nothing happening I would. This company is terrible and causes more issues than good. I regret going with this company. read more

Office staff friendly and helpful navigating the paper work for insurance But they lied to me. The Honda dealer told me to request Honda only windshield because they have had trouble in the past with non authentic Honda windshields not programming for the lane departure camera. Orange Blossom said Honda doesn't make windshields they are made by others. Honda dealer calls me while programming the software and chastised me for getting the wrong item. I relayed what I was told and he said No Honda even has their name on the windshield. Installation set for 1-3 pm next day. He doesn't show till 5:45. "Previous job more complex" " traffic". "More damage on previous job". I had to call the office to get updated information. When he did come he wasn't happy being here. I made the mistake of wanting to video the windshield coming up and he he stopped working saying that for religious reasons I can't take his picture. I tried to tell him I would not include him in picture. He refused to continue he went into his van and said he would wait . He said my camera was still on. I tried to show him my BLACK SCREEN but he won't look. How does this guy drive around with red light cameras, cameras at Banks, home security systems,cctv on streets and stores or have a drivers license? He is still upset "it's my birthday I want to get home". I'm not stopping you THE CAMERA IS OFF I AM ANSWERING A TEXT NOT TAKING PICTURES. "It's been a bad day" well I've had to cancel plans because you were 3-5 hours late so it's been a party for me too. I understand that some jobs take longer than others but they should have known all the details of the previous job. Oh and traffic. There is always traffic in Orlando. The only time there isn't is 3 am Hubby came back outside and I went inside. And no I didn't video him from inside. I didn't want a picture of him So if you have all day to wait great and not get what you are told you were getting this is the place. read more

they said they have a lifetime warranty but refuse to honor it when a piece they installed came loose and they did not fix it. they want to charge me even though it'sa piece they replaced and the warranty is supposed to be lifetime, extremely disappointed with the quality of service read more
