My mom was ill and I needed her to be seen by her doctor. I live in another state, she was too ill to drive, and JK was the ONLY company to immediately offer help. Not just same day, but within 2 hours of calling them, my mom was on her way to the doctor. We had no way of knowing how long the appointment would be so she sent him away, and said she'd call when ready. Fastest appointment ever! Done in 20 min. The same driver came back quickly for her, took her to the pharmacy for meds, waited for her, took her home and was AMAZING! Will use them every time there is a need.

And then he proceeded to mumble and came up with a plausible excuse, "I already have an appointment at that time". It would have sufficed to just say, "I'm sorry, I'm not available at that time" and given me a referral or something...but his response was rude and unprofessional. I guess at least he answered the phone...but to be honest because of this interaction with this "company" I will never try to seek service in the future. I went with 520 express taxi service who happened to be very helpful and customer service friendly.

They also agreed to drive our local guests home as well, in case they really enjoyed the party. ;) I heard from the hotel guests that the shuttle was on time and the driver was very nice and helpful. My guests - about 140 of them - were transported easily and on time to from the event. Paul and the Adobe staff have done a great job and I was so relieved to have them get people continuously throughout the night. Although we rented only the "simple" towncar, it was a newer model, shiny, and clean on the inside and out. From their website, it appears that they mostly rent the huge stretch Escalades and Excursions, but they did a great job on the simple towncar as well. Lastly, the price was very competitive, if not the lowest, of the limo companies that I contacted in Tucson.

Much more comfortable than the bicycle rickshaws and exponentially cheaper than Uber or a cab.

Checked out FB page and downloaded the app on my phone. 11:30 or so - called again and left another message - no phone call. Ordered car service on my phone at around 12:05 - had to be someplace by 12:45. No response, no phone call, no confirmation other than "Your request is being processed" or some such language. I ended up walking to my appointment. Sent a text message to them at 12:45 saying I ordered a ride and they said "Sorry, your ride request never came through." I told them I would need a ride back and they said "You can use the app. Just confirm that it goes through." Ok. So at 1:50, I let them know I had just requested a ride and where I was located. I confirmed that they got the request and I waited. I finally clicked on the button "Call your driver" and it dialed him up, he answered and said he had just tried to call me a couple of minutes ago and that he was 10 minutes out but now he was 8 minutes out. I had to be back to work, and told him I could walk it in that time, so just cancel. I was NOT happy. Then I posted 2 reviews of their service on their FB page, and guess what? THEY DELETED THEM BOTH!!!!! So I texted them again (as calling does not get you anywhere), and I get a message back that they have a shortage of drivers and the guy who was coming to get me was only two minutes from me when I cancelled. That's so incredibly funny as he told me he was 8 minutes out. So then they were going to research it. 4 days later, I texted them again and they said sorry, the driver's phone was buffering, so he can't really fault or discipline his driver for that!!!!!!! I responded with the fact that there was no buffering and he responded with "Sorry wrong client, and that when he called me he was 8 minutes out but that when I called him and cancelled, he was two minutes away. NO, NO, NO he wasn't! When I called him he said he was 8 minutes away. The "texting" person did not want to call me because he didn't want to get involved in a dialogue that will result in me being unhappy anyway. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO - I am telling everyone I know (and some that I don't) not to use this service. This was the worst experience EVER!!!!! Customer service sucks out loud. If I could give it less than one star, I would!
