Today, while doing my laundry, I witnessed the Hispanic employee on duty treat an elderly Black man with the same level of suspicion and disrespect he has shown me for months. He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?' I grew up in this neighborhood and have come here since I was a baby with my mother. I am leaving five stars only out of respect for the business's history and my years of patronage, but this behavior is unacceptable. Management, please speak to your staff. Everyone should feel welcome here, regardless of their race.

When he picked it up, it had been severely damaged. The material is melted and ripped, and the coat is no longer wearable. When I followed up with the business, they offered $200, which does not reflect the cost to replace the item. I located the exact same coat currently available for $319 and asked if they could cover that amount so I could replace it, but they refused. They stated the damage was due to the material and not their responsibility. However, the type of damage (melting and tearing) clearly suggests improper cleaning. If the item was too delicate to clean, that should have been communicated before accepting it. They also claimed a warning was given at drop-off, but my fiancé does not recall being told this. Additionally, when I asked about filing a claim, I was told they do not carry insurance. I understand some time has passed, but as a long-time, loyal customer, I expected a more reasonable resolution. This was handled poorly, and I cannot recommend this business based on this experience!

Then when it's correct, they give you an appointment to come back. It's all done very professionally and the quality of the work is very good. Although it ended up being much more expensive than I thought, we now have two dresses for me and one excellent suit for my guy. And all of them fit perfectly! When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

This laundromat used to be a very clean and pleasant place. Since cleanliness is extremely important to me when it comes to doing laundry, I thought it was well-maintained and even came all the way here despite the distance. However, recently it has become far from clean, hygienic, or trustworthy. Homeless individuals now come to do laundry, smoke cigarettes, take carts outside, and wash dirty clothes and shoes indiscriminately. They even wash clothes covered in pet hair, and as a result, my clothes were once completely covered in animal fur after a wash, which made me very upset. There is no manager on-site, and only a cleaning staff comes around closing time, so the laundromat is gradually deteriorating. Today will be my last visit -- I no longer wish to use this place. No matter how high labor costs may be, how can anyone expect customers to keep coming back to a laundromat with no management, where machines are used in such a filthy and careless way? read more

I like the cleanliness of this laundromat because everything was spotless. I also loved the customer service because Ms. Cecilia was very helpful and patient in helping my family and I learn how to use the machines and where to put the soap in the washer. She even helped us with figuring out which machine would fit my laundry better so all of my blankets would get washed properly. Every time I come to this laundromat it's very clean and never pack with people , one of the ladies that cleans at nights by herself very nice and helpful the other one that cleans with her husband is rude. Example one day me and my daughter went to wash out clothes it was 8:15 PM the husband said they are closed last load is 8 PM which I found out that was a lie cause 9 PM is the last load. Came to this laundromat as a kid, and have discovered it again in my 50's. The prior laundromat I was going to was closed for repair. I've stood here since and it's now been well over 3 months. Always clean. Cecelia the attendant is always so friendly. I see how thorough she is while cleaning. New client for life. I highly recommend. Laundromat recently equipped with new style washing machines. Keeper is almost always present and ready to help you out. So far, no issue since i being coming here. Area is safe if you are the type to wash before closing hours. Site has plenty of surveillance cameras for your protection and owner can be easily be reached. read more
