Damaged the gutter, left the newly washed siding with black residue, broke a spindle on the porch and claimed it was all pre-existing. After much back and forth, a minor fix was done on the gutter and the black was removed(I had tried but couldn't,). One of the first jobs was to fix a porch roof that dripped. Discovered, when it rained, that it wasn't fixed. At that point, I discovered he blocked me so no way to contact him. I was hopeful that I had found someone to do repairs, but was disappointed.

More concerning, an entire side of the house appeared to have been missed altogether. My husband contacted the owner, Chris Lagrasta, (the one who did the power washing) about the issue. He acknowledged the concern and said he would come back to take a look, but we never heard from him again. No follow-up, no return visit, and no effort to address the problems. What makes this even more disappointing is that my husband and the owner discovered they knew each other from years ago and have many mutual friends. We expected that would mean a little extra care and professionalism, not less.
