Hired Frank for a bathroom repair and stucco patch job that was supposed to take two days. Pros: When Frank was working, he did a great job, our bathroom looks back to normal and he went the extra mile to level the floor out to ensure the flooring went in correctly. Overall the quality of work was right in line with what we paid. Cons: Frank is a nice enough guy, but he was late both days he was here, his truck leaked oil onto the driveway and he was never prepared with any materials. I had to go to Home Depot four times despite asking what he needed the first day. After the second day, he was supposed to return to hook up the toilet and patch the stucco. I took the day off work to wait for him, waited all day, and then texted me he had an emergency at 4 PM and couldn't come. I understand emergencies happen, but no text or call was unprofessional. Again, the work was good, but Frank wasn't reliable and taking a day off work added to the price of the job and left a bad taste, so I wouldn't hire him again for that reason. read more

We found Frank on yelp and gave him a call and let him know what we needed done and he provided me with an instant quote and it was very reasonable. We were able to schedule an appointment only a few days later. We have quite a bit of things that needed to be done to our house and today we started off with removing 2 old closet doors and installing 6 new sliding closet doors. He got everything done in a lot less time than he quoted. He quoted 1-2 hours per door but completed all 6 closet doors in less than 4 hours and cleaned everything up afterwards. We didn't have a truck to transport the closet doors so Frank helped picked up the doors for us from Home Depot and delivered it to our house. I cannot say enough good things about Frank. He is easy to communicate with, works fast and efficiently, and has great pricing. On top of that, Frank is easy going and has a great sense of humor. He did a fantastic job in fixing our sink. The drainage pipe was put in at an angle originally by the previous owner. This caused a bad odor coming from it because it was not properly draining. Aa you can see in the picture he made the drainage pipe lever and replaced all of the old drainage pipes. Now it's odor free and drains properly.
