I purchased a car that only had the valet key so I ordered additional keys off amazon and had it cut. Since I didn't have the master key I couldn't program additional keys myself. So I called around a few places and got quotes. Ron who I spoke to over the phone was professional but most importantly patient and answered all questions I had. Knowing that I had options to use whoever I choose to, he still answered my questions and asked if I needed anything don't hesitate to call. The whole time on the phone he wasn't pushy or was trying to persuade me into using their service. All the other places I've called asked if I'd like to set an appt and when I said let me get back to you, I could sense they were trying to rush off the phone. Their answers were very short and vague which lead me to call other places. So I called Ron back and set up the appt. He came a bit later then he said, but it's understandable that some job can take longer due to small issues. When he arrived he got straight to work and got all my keys working in under 10 mins.
