Guy is one of the GOOD GUYS! My son had someone shove a key into his bike lock and brake it off. Thus, he could not unlock his new bike after school. I called the first listing and was told by the person that answered the phone that it would be $15 for the call and a minimum of $29 to, "Probably cut the chain off" . He said he would have the locksmith call me and set up a time to meet. When the smith called, he told me (BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE BIKE) it would $15 for the call and a minimum of $79 to cut the bike loose. I called the first guy back and he hemmed and hawed and said, "Well mam, they can charge what they see fit." Called the family owned business next in line and was VERY pleased when he told me they couldn't do it right now, but Phil said, "Call this number and talk to Guy. He's a family man like me and he'll take good care of you. If he can't help, call me back and I"ll make time in about an hour and a half." I called Guy and he was a joy. Told me he'd be right out. Had a huge smile on his face when he got there (on time) told me his had children too and was just as nice as could be through the entire process. He did not have to cut the new chain and it was quick and easy. Cost, No where NEAR what the first locksmith wanted. If you need an honest to goodness good locksmith and person...CONTACT GUY! Based on the great reviews on Yelp, I called Guy to get a Smart Key programmed for my car. He politely asked if he could have his partner and Automotive expert (David) call me back in a few minutes. David did call within minutes, and we discussed my situation and I got a reasonable estimate. We agreed on a time, and David came out to complete the work in a professional, courteous manner. Only after David arrived did I realize that he actually has his own business, Quick Mobile Lock and Keys. He partners with Guy, and they operate as a unified group. I think it's great when people know their specialty, and pass business off to another 'expert'. Guy could have told me that he doesn't do automotive locks, and I'd have been on the phone looking for someone else, but he made this easy on me by having his 'partner' and automotive specialist complete the transaction. 5.0 star rating 2/7/2018 We needed 11 doors rekey-ed after a theft. Ron arrived on time, looked at our type of Emtec lock and right away, quoted us less than we first expected it would cost. He worked quickly and neatly, explained clearly any question we asked, and gave us good advice regarding a new lock to prevent burglary. He said he would return to put it in (as I had to order the lock,) without additional service charge. We have had many workers here to repair damage. Ron stands out as efficient, capable, and pleasant to have in our home. Our locks work perfectly. Our final bill was surprisingly reasonable. Most importantly, after a theft, I trust Ron, making keys to my home. I would have 27/7 back for any lock/key needs. Recommend 100%. read more

I wanted to review this company because it is well deserved. I lost my car keys at the mall and after an hour of trying to look for them, I decided to contact a locksmith. I spoke to Alin and she didn't want me to spend money if maybe someone returned the keys to the mall's security as well. I checked and unfortunately they weren't returned. I contacted the locksmith again and in less than 35 minutes, Ron the technician was there. He opened the car in a few minutes and started on cutting and programming a key for me. Guy was very pleasant on the phone, showed up quickly and saved me from a mess of a situation. I accidentally locked myself out of my friend's house while watching their dog (in the rain no less) and Guy came and replaced the lock and gave me an extra key in no time. $95 for service and $45 for the new lock but it all was exactly as he quoted and I approved ahead of time.
