We've purchased several beds from this location when my brother moved to for college and I moved out here for work. When my parents moved out here, they also bought their bed here. This is where my review is the most important. Our family was dealt a tough situation this past month. My father fell ill on top of other medical conditions he also suffers from. After being away from home for 4 weeks ( hospital and nursing home) he was forced to come home when his time ran out there. Our only option was to bring him home and make him comfortable downstairs in a make shift area since he will no longer be able to go upstairs. His discharge was going to be on a sunday of a holiday weekend. Yes the medical field in the US has major problems and we encountered them all within the past month. So we bought a bed here thinking it would have to be ordered and we will have to wait which means my dad would have to sleep in a recliner in the mean time. Well as luck would have it we came here on Saturday ready to try as many places as we could but then we met Jessy. Welcomed us asked what we needed, showed us what he had, made a few calls for us to see what was in stock at the warehouse, told us upfront what delivery/ stock would give us. So my mother made a decision as which one to get. He made the call to have it ready. Asked if delivery was possible on same day. It wasn't possible but he tried. We were able to pick it up on our own anyway so that was not an issue. The sale was so simple, fast, he didn't try to just make money on us as desperate as we were. He listened to us, our needs and followed through. Not only were we ready for dad to come home, but we couldn't have asked for an easier "need" to check off our list of last min things we weren't prepared for. We all have been through a lot this past month and this may not seem like a big deal for most but it was for us. Stopped in here last weekend, as I started my quest for a new mattress. It was the second mattress store I shopped at, and the girl working was very friendly. I believe her name was Lauren. She showed me a few mattresses in the range I was looking for... and then suggested I try their Irvine or Laguna Hills store for a 10" Visco mattress that was reasonably cheaper to see if that would work. She gave me a card with both of their phone numbers on them. She was helpful, and friendly and not pushy for a commissioned sales person, which I appreciate! I ended up calling the Laguna Hills store... and they were able to locate one for me, in Huntington Beach. read more

Wow!! Their customer service is amazing! I bought my electric bed from a different mattress store, totally unrelated to their store. And found out they closed down. I have been in agony for months after moving to a new house.. trying to re- "set" or re- "pair" my remote to my electric bed to get the buttons to work on my bed. I made so many attempts at other places by calling/emailing/etc.. with no success ... I walked in OC Mattress one afternoon hoping I could get ANY help to troubleshoot. David was sooo kind!! On November 8, 2020, we ordered a mattress and a 5" box springs along with another 5" box springs to lower the mattress on another bed. The mattress and box springs combination was in stock and delivered the next day. The separate box springs was not in stock and couldn't be delivered for a week. When the mattress and box springs combination was delivered on November 9, we realized the second box springs would not work on the second be and immediately went back to the store and canceled the order for the second box springs. It has taken from November 9 until December 15 to credit our credit card for the cancellation. This is an unacceptable business practice. I cannot recommend doing business with Orange County Mattress. We will certainly never do business there again. read more
