I joked and said I am going to bounce on every bed to determine what we want. Diego said no problem and had a sense of humor. He then took us to this machine and asked us a bunch of questions. Then he had us lay on a mattress that weighed us and did some crazy diagnosis. It determined what type of mattresses would be suitable for our needs. The first mattress felt like I was laying in a cloud. We tried a bunch of other mattresses afterwards but the first mattress was the best. I don't know the correct terminology but we are able to adjust this mattress to go up at an angle at both ends. What ?!? Diego made the process easy and painless. We were in and out within an hour. And we got out mattress delivered the next morning!! Talk about service !! I can't wait to watch a movie in bed propped up with a glass of wine !!

After our installation, I went on the OMI website and the adjustable base would void the warranty. Right away, I tried to return it but that was a no go. The owner was not going to do anything. Bernard said the mattress also didn't need to be rotated, which I found out recently, filing a warranty claim, it did need to be rotated. We filled the warranty request with OMI a year ago and the base did void our warranty. Now, my husband has been sleeping in a hole for a few years. This mattress was the most expensive one we have purchased in our 70 years and is the shortest lived, thanks to the sales people at Hadley and Olivia. Buyer beware!

He came to our house, assessed the situation and agreed that this topper was not right. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had a "can do" attitude. I visited the store a couple of more times over my trial period to re-try the FIRM version of what…read moreI bought. It was more of a peace of mind and to see if I would be even more comfortable (slightly greedy) on the FIRM than the MEDIUM I bought. I was a bit conflicted because for "health purposes" I was trying to transition sleeping on my back more in spite of being predominantly a side sleeper by nature. In the end, I found that I was comfortable with my MEDIUM whether I was on my side or my back. If I were predominantly a back sleeper, I feel the FIRM would have won out and been the best fit because neither mattress is super firm. I think my MEDIUM is truly a "medium", but their FIRM is more of a "medium firm" because of the memory foam. However, since I am still a 70% or 80% side sleeper, I made the right call with purchasing the MEDIUM. I had the wife photograph me on my side to evaluate my spinal alignment with their included pillows. It was on point. I returned to the store and tried the firm and the MEDIUM, where my spinal alignment was evaluated by the sales associate and with the MEDIUM it was a good fit for side or back sleeping. As a result, I took no further action. The pillows are excellent and hold their shape very well, but some pile will shift, but I flip them a few times throughout the night to ensure they are supporting my neck consistently throughout the night. I did read online that hybrid mattresses can take longer to break in and thus you may not know until 30-60 days or more whether the mattress is a good fit. I did find this to be true. I do recommend you follow their guidance with the rotation schedule for the mattress which is necessary for warranty and ideal comfort. And add a quality waterproof wrap mattress pad for warranty and protection. Even with the wrap mattress pad on I did not find "heat" to be an issue, I assume due to the design with cooling layers etc. built in. I communicated with Cliff a couple more times via text and in-person and he was as great after the sale as he was before the sale. That's the kind of person and company I want to do business with.

Let me just say, I'm SO GLAD I stopped in this store. I had been shopping around to many mattress stores, and became very confused and overwhelmed with the various types of mattresses, pricing, and just felt like I kept getting the run around. It was like buying a car! UNTIL I happened to wander into this store when I was shopping in the area. The store manager, Kathy, was so helpful and patient! She described all the different sorts of mattresses, their construction (who knew), and helped me determine what was the best fit for my needs. Ro helped me pick out a new king size mattress at the Ortho Mattress store on Greenfield in Laguna Niguel. It was a big purchase for me and I was nervous. Rose was extremely patient and knowledgeable as I tried out many different mattresses. She was kind. There was no pressure to buy. I told her I was only interested in the sale mattresses. I must have tried out about 5 mattresses. She patiently explained the differences and benefits of each one. I purchased a mattress over the phone for my elderly father in CA and she made what I thought would be a difficult task, very easy. She took her time and helped me choose an affordable elder-friendly bed for him. When I contacted her today regarding delivery time, she took time out of her day off to check on it for me. We bought a queen size mattress and adjustable bed the beginning of September. We were told…read moreinitially we could have next day delivery then we were told the adjustable bed frame was out of stock and wouldn't be in until the 17th. That's today. They sent the bed we used our own old frame we were told they would take the old frame and set up the adjustable bed frame for us. It's a bedroom on the second floor. We're older we could never lift that adjustable frame up the stairs. Delivery people came and they were just gonna leave it on the doorstep and I said no you're not. I said you're supposed to deliver it upstairs into the room and set up. They said no they said get a supervisor supervisor came on the phone and said they would not touch our frame because it's too much of a liability so that there's two lies right there we were told they would take our frame. And now our frame is a liability? That's too lies. So expedite the issue after being so upset for 10 minutes I had to come up and take the queen bed apart the frame yeah they wouldn't touch it. I have never ever in my life. Had such horrible customer service. Do not go here if you want. good service I might also say that they said they could deliver next day. That was a lie they could not we had to wait for that as well. They just lie about everything. It's big bait and switch company. We went to Ocean branch and it's like you gotta be kidding me they kept changing their prices. Don't go here. It's not worth it the aggravation the day off of work trying to accommodate them. Oh well I called up the store. We can have somebody pick it up, but I don't know when like I'm gonna sit here and take more time off of work to accommodate their incompetence ,don't think so..
