She called and left a message and is willing to make it right. That's good customer service. She was great while we were there but by herself and had 3 customers so I think she was trying her best to get things situated. Originally when I signed the receipt I asked about the frame which is what we actually came in for, she said she was giving it to us for free. I would have never bought a bed without a frame, and we came in for just a frame. Ended up with no frame when they got here and said it wasn't on the order. Which he was correct, because she was giving it to us. He called her and she said no. We were fortunate the delivery guys were awesome and made our old frame work! Delivery guys get 10 stars! I want to say this was by far the best experience with purchasing a replacement mattress. Karen was amazing!! She was super nice and helped us along with two other folks that were in the store. We told her what type of mattress we had (cal-king) and she immediately recommends a Milily 10 year warranty mattress. She had a list price of 2400 and sold us ours for 1250. She had a special this weekend of no sales tax. We even bought a couple of pillows. In a matter of about an hour I had bought the new mattress, brought my old one back and had the replacement back in my home. My wife and I actually thought, man that was so quick and efficient. I want to give a big shout out to Suzanne, the owner of The Discount Matresa Lady. I went in looking for a specific mattress and ended up buying a different one. I had it for about a week and it just wasn't working for me. So I called Suzanne and told her what was going on and she said " come on in and we will work it out". I spent about an hour and a half trying out mattresses and finally picked the one I wanted with Suzanne's expert help. I had expected to pay a huge restocking fee, and Suzanne was so fair about it that I actually gave her more. Some of us probably don't realize that those mattresses cannot be sold as new and have to be sanitized and then re-sold. I'm not sure what the margin is, but I'm assuming it would be less than what she got when she originally sold it to me. Not only that but they delivered it the same day. Such wonderful service. Suzanne is very honest, trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable. Immediately, when you meet her, you realize you got a good person to work with. It's so comfortable and firm I don't even need a box spring for this thing.
