It's a beautiful dental office in Anaheim Hills every room with a view, but yet they are reasonable if you don't have insurance and they are great at billing insurance if you have it. Dr. Pooya Soltanzadeh is an amazing Prosthodontist! I recently had numerous appointments for problems with a very old bridge that had a broken tooth supporting it and another bridge that required being cut to save teeth. I also had three root canals that had deteriorated rather simultaneously. Ultimately, Dr. Pooya extracted four teeth and precisely determined four implant placements and temporary crowns. I no longer need my temporary retainer and "love my new look". This all had to be carefully coordinated and approved by my Oncologist while under his care. Previously, I had numerous emergency appointments with my old loose bridge falling out and retainer replacement. He always made time for me and even scheduled my appointment for extractions and implants on his day off to completely dedicate his time along with staff support. Dr. Pooya's staff is always very professional, friendly and extremely accommodating!! Around of 90% of these reviews belong to the previous tenant of this office, Dr Cockrell. Dr Pooya Soltanzadeh doesn't have ethic. He lies easily, and is rude. I went there to have two crowns done on two new root canals, my gum was still a little open, he didn't know how to handle it. He should have referred me to a periodontist, instead of that he decided to cut a piece of bone leaving me a big molar and very little root. I began to feel sensitivity and soon infection in those two root canals. in addition, he was also making me a bridge of crowns on implants already made many years ago. The first day of consultation I agreed with dr Pooya not to use screwed abutments on the implants bridge. But in one of the posterior appointments, I realize he was doing screw in abutments in my implants. I reminded him that was not the deal, and while yelling at me he said. "well, I already bought them and now they are going to be screwed in, I'm not going to return, because they are very expensive," so that was too much for me I wanted my money back. He is very aggressive, he was with Sandra his assistant, and me. Mandana of the front desk gave me an appointment, and when I arrived there, they canceled me, this happened three times saying you don't have an appointment today. I showed her the message she sent me and telling her I'm getting infection, but they already had another patient waiting to enter in my time. I am currently taking him to court because he refuses to return my money for a job he wasn't capable of doing, and has caused me additional expenses and retreatments. His office is definitely a place I would not recommend. read more

This is the best dentist experience I had. Following my wife lead, I started with clean up which was impressive. Then I decided to take care of some of the long term issues. In span of 7 months, Dr filled two of my teeth along with an implant (after having the spot empty for more than 10 years!). The bad review comes from Ann not informing me that they are out of network, she never informed me of this and instead let me wrack up A lot , seriously a lot of charges, and told me if I wanted any more services I would have to pay my balance prior, ( which I couldn't afford to do) I will spare you all of the details, but basically this woman is an rude, insulting #$&@% itch! I told Dr about this and he basically poopood me.i called after I left to tell her about my talk with the Dr she wouldn't listen to me and hung up on me.
