Montano was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step clearly and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I think they are doing an excellent job one day they may have to save your life. Be nice and remind them how you appreciate all their dedication to our community because without them we probably be in some serious shit. We need them around they are the only one's that keep us safe that risk their own lives for us. What the hell is the matter with you? Is it that hard to be nice? Officers are just doing a job bad people belong in jail * it's bad enough we got the craziest running loose & trying to take over the world with their nonsense i think we should appreciate what they do for us. They may never be able to eradicate crime and drugs and all the idiots who don't know any better. I say I stand by the blue 100th

This is a shame that I have to write this about the most disappointing department (GGPD) I've ever…read morehad to deal with and I'm just super ashamed to live in a city with so many uneducated police officers who that are running the city when they are there to protect and serve to help people deescalate situations. They legit hire anyone that they can find without doing proper mental tests and background checks. In my incident today, Officer Matthew Raabe, was the first person to arrive after I waited 2 hours and in the end, he did nothing to help me resolve the issue other than arguing back to me and power tripping. He had no idea about the law and needs to go to school to be more educated in criminal law. He had very bad manners, was super unprofessional, and extremely lazy because he refused to write a police report. Furthermore, Officer Raabe refused to give me his name or badge number which triggered him to get angry and drive away from the scene even though he didn't resolve the issue at hand and fulfill his duty as an officer and properly help the citizens of our city. Officer Raabe was terrible at controlling his emotions and got extremely angry and even fled the scene without any resolution, it was super pathetic and disappointing. His name is Officer Matthew Raabe, badge number 5100

I recently purchased a home in Buena Park. I was at the house today, supervising renovation work,…read morewhen an officer on patrol stopped to speak with me. He asked if we were still planning to tent the house this weekend. I confirmed that we originally planned to fumigate this weekend; but this task was rescheduled. I did not realize that when I contracted with the pest control company, that firm applied for a permit and stated that the house would be tented during the Thanksgiving weekend. This information was shared with the police. Maybe you've heard of this scenario before: A house is tented over a long weekend, and criminals use the opportunity to burglarize the house. The officer was polite and professional. I feel it was a positive interaction. And I derived a sense of security knowing information like this is shared with officers, to enhance their situational awareness.

After providing my information, I was asked additional questions about my whereabouts. I was fully cooperative and honest throughout the interaction. I also consented to a search of my vehicle, as I had nothing to hide. Despite that, I was asked to step out, placed on the curb, and treated in a way that felt unnecessarily disrespectful and excessive for a traffic violation. The tone and approach did not match the situation. This experience has changed how I will handle future interactions. Moving forward, I will be more aware of my rights and limit my responses accordingly. All because of officers like Mr Cerda. People like him are what change the public's perception about law enforcement. Never in 15 years of diving and 4 interactions have I been treated in that way , with no provocation at all. Remove your Badge Mr Cerda, and your god complex won't serve you justice anymore, asshole.

The loud banging sounds from the neighbor has not been resolved yet, but I believe I'm in good hands and I feel like I have. I have a great group of police officers in my city that will try their very best. No obviously don't want to bother them too much but still, they are very helpful. Again, I can't thank the officers enough, especially the ones who came into my home and spoke with me for being great people. The Thank you.

The La Habra operator who answered my call was shockingly rude, impatient, and completely lacking any empathy. Instead of calmly helping someone who had just been in an accident, she sounded irritated and dismissive, as if my emergency was interrupting her day. It's honestly disturbing that someone with that level of attitude is trusted to be the first point of contact for people in crisis. Dispatchers are supposed to bring calm to chaotic situations, not add more stress to someone who is already shaken and scared. If this is the standard of professionalism for La Habra dispatch, that's a serious problem that needs immediate attention.

I have unfortunately had a family member in custody on and off at this jail for several years now…read more The reason I am leaving a review is because of Deputy "Demilio" I hope his name was. I made it a point to ask him his name and department (the lobby he said) because he was the most attentive, companionate and proactive person I have ever spoken to throughout this unfortunate experience as a family member of an inmate. I received a concerning phone call from my son's dad today who I am separated from that he was having some medical issues and the fire dept was called due to breathing issues. Dept. Demilio made sure to contact the housing facility and confirm that he was OK. Thank you for giving me some piece of mind and not just dismissing me or transferring me to some dead end like I have experienced before.

In addition, there are no more same-day visits. Unfortunately, there are no handicap spots for parking. Except those a distance away in a paying parking structure. There's a loading and unloading area, but for the duration of a visit, there are none. (handicap spots) Unless I'm mistaken. Please make sure that you follow all the rules and guidelines, because they seem to change often depending on circumstances . For my visitation, I had to bring cash (no credit card ) to put money on my friend's books. Don't Forget: you need your approved ID, And of course your car key. (I also tried to refrain from wearing any metal belts etc. going through the metal detector. There are outside lockers, however I've never used them before. Don't forget to bring the booking number of the inmate. And when you call up, make sure that the visit is not during their lunchtime, or if they have a work assignment time. (rarely, something may come up that will disrupt all visitation for the day) This may sound silly, but I always make sure that I wear my glasses, because if I wear contacts, the dust inside really does affect them. Additionally, (if you like) make sure that you bring wipes for the visit phone, who knows who used it last, by multiple people. The guards there were very nice and professional, the wait wasn't long at all. Note: There are restrooms inside, but there is NO drinking fountain. Reminder, no cell phones allowed, which is why I only took one outside picture! And that's my review!
