You guys. I have to…read morerave about this company. Sorry for the long post but- I was so blown away at their customer service. My daughter's 4th birthday is Sunday. I am an event planner (but a different type) so I've of course enjoyed planning this for literally weeks and yes I've gone way overboard. I struggled with infertility for years so the fact that I get to celebrate a child's birthday is a very big deal to me. So- we were going to have it on Sunday at my Dads. In two days. My dad went into the hospital today and is very sick. Two days before we have 60 people coming with bounce houses, soft play areas, princess visits and all the things. I'm suddenly first off worried about my dad (he's doing a bit better thankfully but still feeling very sick), and second I need a change of venue asap so his poor wife doesn't have to host a huge party and play nurse. My own event venue was booked! And our house is way too small for so many people. I messaged the bounce house company we rented from mostly to say idk what to do but also hey do you know anyone with a site I can host 60 people at in two days. Well- the same bounce house rental company has an event space and it was by some miracle available! So obviously I booked that but the kindness and quick response she gave me was the win I really needed today. She is setting up the bounce house and soft play but she threw in 60 chairs and tables and is setting those all up for me at no additional cost (which I super appreciate so I can pivot to be with my dad if he gets more ill). She's also doing balloons and an arch decor thing to make my life easy and the space super cute for my daughter. I cannot say how much I am blown away by how nice this company has been though the entire process. Quick to respond and kind at last minute changes. Book Bounce House City if you need anything. I was interested in purchasing between two to four bouquets depending on the size. I was told it would be best to come into the store to choose the balloons and colors, and I mentioned that I would be coming in later that afternoon. When I entered the store, I noticed the balloon bar was located in the back corner of the store, so I walked over there right away. At the time, the staff was helping another customer with a wrapping order. While I waited, no one at the balloon counter acknowledged that I was there or mentioned they would be with me shortly. When it was finally my turn, I asked about ordering two to four balloon bouquets depending on size. I was told they did not have time to make four bouquets. I then asked if two bouquets were possible, and I was told they could do two but that it would take about 30 minutes. The surprise party started at 5 pm, so I had a little buffer and decided to move forward with the order. The balloons are definitely on the pricey side, but the overall look made it worth it. One additional issue was during checkout. It's not clear where the checkout line starts and people just wait on either side of counter, creating confusion of who's first.

They seem competitive with prices online with their items but they nickel and dime you with hidden fees after you get your quote and even on the wedding day, which is already stressful enough. Also, my son's birthday is Christmas Day and Sign Gypsies made the sign happen for me with one week's notice (everyone I approached before them gave me the runaround). Lastly their signs are always gorgeous, never cheesy. I gave them free reign and they did NOT disappoint.
