No customer service at all, the girls working there did not acknowledged us at all. When I was going to pay, she didn't say anything either she just told me my total. Living on the westside, I now have all these Fro Yo places vying for my attention. Orange Leaf, you've caught my eye. There are other frozen yogurt shops with a similar set up in the EP area, but OL has a great family environment with its wacky seating and bold orange everywhere. I would totally recommend this place to anyone with kids! I can't remember specifically how many different flavors they have available, but the last time I went in they had coconut, strawberry, white chocolate covered strawberries, caramel apple, original (always my fave), and a few others including a holiday flavor. Any time throwing toppings on top is left to me I just choose what I want to eat, not what I want to eat with the Fro Yo per se. Walked in 11 minutes before closing and two young ladies said that they closed early. The front door was unlocked, if they were closed early wouldn't you lock the front door? It felt like the employees didn't want to have customers anymore so they clean up early so they could get out fast. I will be reaching out to management in the morning. read more

Crisp, clean taste- that's what I like so much about this place. The fruit and other flavors are really there. The orange is unmistakable, as is the pineapple and the coconut. This is how it should be; I don't put add-ins because the flavors are so good they don't need enhancement. It is totally refreshing and there are a few chairs where you can sit outside. I absolutely love this place. It is quite literally the best frozen yogurt I have ever tried. Now, in my opinion, good fro-yo has to taste like ice cream to me. I love yogurt but when I get frozen yogurt, I hate for it to taste like yogurt. I know, weird, but I love for it to taste like ice cream. I have not tried a single flavor here that tastes like yogurt. My staple here has become a mixture of the brownie batter, which tastes just like chocolate ice cream, and the vanilla-coffee swirl. The chocolate flavor with the vanilla and coffee is just a huge, delicious, flavor explosion. And then when you add fresh strawberries and oreos on top.... it's amazing. I think I'm starting to drool a little just thinking about it.. This place is just awesome. The environment is extremely modern, clean, and a fun place just to sit and talk. I just love those cute little orange and white chairs! Try this place. I doubt you'll regret it. Oh, and get one of those little orange leaf reward cards, too! We're big on frozen yogurt, BUT NOT AT ORANGE LEAF!!! Eight of us went in to get yogurt here and we wanted to sample some of the flavors first! Just like any other place, Menchies for example let's you sample first! This place has one person working and they won't give you a sample cup. You have to wait and wait as they run the register and then come to give you a sample. Then back to the register. There were 8 of us!!! This took forever and we just got frustrated!!! We walked out and went to Menchies and loved it! We are big in the El Paso and will tell everyone to avoid a Orange Leaf!!!! We felt like they were stingy with the samples... just frustrating, WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! read more

On top if the mediocre yogurt, uncomfortable seating, and overpriced donuts, this business does not treat its workers well. The last time I went a manager was chewing out another employee to the point where the employee was in tears IN FRONT of customers! It was very awkward and unprofessional to say the least! WOWZERS...this is some yummy yummy frozen yogurt with TONS of different flavors!What more could a girl and her hubby ask for? I'm from Seattle and the coffee flavor was amazingggg! This frozen yogurt place has a wide variety of flavors. This place is not as sugar saturated as menchies and not as healthy tasting as yogoberry. Their customer service is excellent and they let you try out as many flavors as you want before purchasing. They have a variety of the usual toppings that are commonly offered at frozen yogurt restaurants. read more

Honestly not the best...they don't have the huge variety of flavors (for me) toppings are really good but not the yogurt... the flavors gave me a minor stomach pain but I'm fine now, would recommend if you want simple flavors...Their new flavor Twix did not taste like it At all! Pros: They offer 16 flavors of frozen yogart, and typically rotate out a couple of flavors every now and then. Also self-serve. Cons: They do not make those little cups for self-sampling of different flavors available to customers like at Menchies or Craze. The only way to sample a flavor is to ask the employee on duty. Unfortunately, there always seems to be only one employee in the place, and he/she is usually busy with other customers or behind the counter. The time before last, we left after about 6 minutes, because we couldn't get the lone employee to provide us samples of the 2 new flavors. On this visit, we finally sampled these new flavors, but needed to wait about 4 mins for her to help us. Conclusion: I don't recommend this business, because the owner seems to be really cheap. For the amount of business Orange Leaf receives, there should be at least 2 employees on duty; especially if they don't allow customers to self-serve their own samples. The only reason we returned was because we happened to be in the area. However, we are not planning to return, because there are other options such as Menchies and Craze that offer better service. read more
