It has plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and heat lamps for the cooler winter months. Very spacious. Inside, there's a full bar and restrooms. Tons of room, big dance floor and DJ area. The bar and staff are great. We had a VIP table here for NYE. But it's not just for parties. You can visit here whenever. Often, we will have a celebration dinner of some sort at 1700 Steakhouse downstairs. One time, for Judez birthday, they not only provided us with a bottle of champagne, but then afterwards they escorted us upstairs (10th floor - El Mirardor), and gave us a free drink or two on the rooftop. The melon flavor agua fresca is pretty popular and the (rotating) flavor of the week. I have tried the pepino limón, which is good. This time I enjoyed the orange pineapple. All are refreshing. For paletas I tried a naked strawberry Mango paleta. Noah went with a half dress watermelon paleta half dipped in Tajín and drizzled with chamoy. Noemi went big and tried a Kit Kat paleta dipped in white chocolate, then in Oreos, and finally drizzled in white chocolate. They enjoyed their after school surprise snack. The place also does elote. Doritolkos, and fruit cups. They do points, they have a roving food truck for events, and they are close by. Great service, clean location, and great presentation of paletas. I will return.
