I had an eye exam for glasses today…read more The quality of care of was great! Dr. Pham did exams I had not had before and she was thorough! She didn't go super fast, she took her time and really made sure to get the prescription right! Which I have not had correct prescriptions for quite a few years due to other optometrists rushing the appointment and rushing me. Dr. Pham suggested an exam that looks behind my eye for diseases (a detailed exam) which I'm grateful for! That has never been suggested by any other Dr! She was very knowledgeable, warm, professional and I felt she cared!! So I will be coming back and referring friends and family to Dr. pham!! Office staff were great as well and very helpful! They were very engaging, warm, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and helped me pick out frames and asked if I had any questions! they answered my questions with clarity And patience! I had no idea eye exams could evolve this much - apparently dilation is no longer mandatory for viewing your optical nerves, and I couldn't be more thrilled about that!!! On my last visit, they introduced a new machine specifically for dry eyes (which, as someone who stares at screens all day, feels life-changing). It's clear they really invest in the latest technology to make the experience better for us patients. Dr. Courtney Bovy is absolutely incredible. She actually listens and gives thoughtful, practical advice for the issues I bring up. You never feel rushed or brushed off, which is rare and so appreciated! Also, shoutout to their deals! Somehow there's always a great promotion going on. I was even able to get Meta glasses through my insurance, which was such a cool bonus! I said NO thank you No to dilation today . Her response Well I can't help you. I said I'm not interested in doing the procedure NO thank you, again. Now If you want the works dialation and other extra stuff this is the place for you. I was told I need glasses for hypotropia and a stigmatism. ***Um..I don't have stem or neurological conditions. Truely google the stuff before you buy their diagnosis! I truely see well and feel this place is making things up to upsell. She saw something and referred him to an ophthalmologist, and apparently it runs in his family. And now our whole family goes to her. She's very honest, has a wholistic approach to your health, has a great eye for finding fun new frames that suit your face, and any additional tests she offers she lets you know the cost and her reasons for offering them. She never pressures you to do the extra exams she offers. I do miss her old office and her team. But the new location is convenient.

This is not a 40-50 client a day business, yet a smaller boutique optometry where customer service is at it's all time best and pricing is VERY reasonable. Her staff consist of Michelle and Kevin who are very nice and knowledgeable. They greet, take your charts and pre inspect each time you come in. After your orders are placed they call you as soon as the contacts/glasses are in. Top notch service, family oriented, listens to the customers requests and provide quality services. Dr. Nguyen was able to correct for near and farsightedness, and I no longer need readers. It's very easy to make an appointment (Saturdays!!) and is open after 5:00 for us working folks. Her staff is all professional, friendly and accommodating. Good selection of frames and the turn-around time is quick.
