She made me really nervous when she said she had to dry staighten my hair just to see it so she could cut it. I wish I would not of tipped her, but I really like the owner. Otherwise I would not of. My hair was very uneven and the way she styled it looked horrible, never once asked how I would like it styled or does this style work for me. I had several people comment on how uneven my hair was, I just wanted to cry. What made me the maddest besides my hair being uneven, is I had to go someplace else to get my hair evened out. Now it is shorter than I wanted and this just made my whole week even worse. So Thank you Sienna.

Spa Pedicure was OK but they don't trim cuticles or file callouses and rough heels down or smooth down nail and nail beds. Buy the cheaper pedicure because the spa one doesn't do the spa treatment (see pic) Don't recommend the Brazilian at all. Either the girls are too inexperienced or the wax is not a good quality for a Brazilian. After going over the same area multiple times, I'm still left with hair. When i asked about the leftover hair, i was told "we don't do creases and skin folds". Hello? That's what professionals do. Aren't you in training to be one? Oh well! Haircut and color with Stephanie who did a great job. All my stubborn grey hairs that would not take color when I tried at home are now gone. She cut my hair exactly how it should be. I have thick wavy hair and I have been getting bad haircuts for a year now because apparently all hairdressers only know how to cut straight fine hair. Not only did Stephanie do a great job but it cost a quarter of what my bad haircuts cost. I can tell that I will be a regular.
