Went in for a dinner, food was great, service by my waiter was even better. However, as I was checking out I was having a shake made for me & was having small talk with my waitress, having a great conversation (tipped 22%) & the boss / general manager rudely approached me & said "she's busy doing her job. Thank you!" & rudely walked away. Keep in mind there were 2 customers in the entire restaurant. Me included. Very unprofessional. As a person who's been in customer service for 5 years, she should quit & find another job if that's how she's going to treat her customers. Will never return again. REPLY: The very first question I asked the waitress was "Are you in college?", which she replied by stating she was a senior in high school. I do not think I live in an alternate universe where seniors aren't of legal age, but I even went as far to ask her how old she was & she replied 18. So with that said, I suggest you better educate yourself & know your employee's real age before you try to portray someone as something they're not. Unless your employee lied about her age when she clearly said "18" , then I was perfectly okay to have a light-hearted conversation. If you were having a rough day & took it out on me by being dismissive & rude then be an adult & take responsibility for it & DO BETTER next time. We got our food Togo. Chicken teriyaki and a beef and broccoli/Chk teriyaki combo. The food is wonderful. The flavor of the broccoli beef is absolutely fantastic! It was covered in a garlic goodness sauce made with some kind of magic lol. They give you a very good portion of quality chicken. It did seem the prices have gone up quite a bit, understandably. They use cheap rice. Flavorless, sticky, cheap. Nothing else really matters, frankly. The chicken teriyaki is pretty good-- seasoned well, nice char. Kimchi was disappointing-- way too sour to serve, much less charge for it. It was past the point of cooking even. The salad was pretty good. The veggies were fresh- no brown or wilted bits. Service was good. They could step it all up with a better quality calrose rice. I would not recommend or eat here again otherwise. read more

While staying at Bow/Edison we needed a nearby fix for Asian food. Enter Orange Teriyaki. Located just 20 minutes from our lodging, we were so glad we chose Orange. I had General Tso's tofu, my partner had a combo chicken plate and we shared an Agedashi tofu. The food was well-seasoned, good portion sizes and really delicious. The restaurant isn't open for sit-down dining, but a server came to the door to take our order and process the credit card. Bathrooms are also open for customers, so just ask. The server offered to bring the food to our car but we opted to wait outside the door and enjoy the sun. Super nice staff, doing their best to be safe and keep customers safe. read more

A warm welcome by Velma our server in a clean environment. A pot of Miso Soup with fixin's is available to all entering; unusual and appreciated. An expansive menu to suit all Asian favorites. The flavor of the wasabi (not the same everywhere) and "sauces" were above the norm, noticeable and delicious. An unusual prep of the Monkey Brains not seen before and was very tasty. The Pho broth had a very "light" flavor and an overabundance of rice noodles but a generous amt of meat. I only ordered water to drink. Never got it. We got up and asked, and it still never came. This was unfortunate for me since I had the spicy chicken, was wayyyyy too sweet for me. Great food, we've been eating here multiple times a month with no issues and wonderfully prepare food. I saw a review by GLEE D. saying her husband got sick and it ruined their vacation. We'll obviously she didn't get sick so chances are her husband just got sick and she was mad and wanted to blame this restaurant for ruining their trip to the ocean. We ate there last evening because we were going on our vacation the next day. The food was good. But at about 11:00 that night, my husband started throwing up. it's 1:15 the next day and he still so sick. We had to prepay for our week at the ocean, and there are no refund. so because of this we will never eat at this plac again. I am so angry about this. I used to own a TEA House in Poulsbo , and I mad sure everything was fresh and I followed the rules about keeping at the correct temps at all times. I never had anyone get sick from my food. I took my daughter and her man out to lunch today at orange teriyaki per their request. They said the pho was awesome.....I'm going to disagree. The place was a little dingy when we went in and were seated, bad first impression. Rather than being seated the woman working was on the phone and shouted at us to sit in one of their awkward "booths" which are really little pony walls around tables. Granted it's a good set up for privacy for sure. She brought us some water a few minutes later and some grimy menus. You know that feeling when something's been wiped off but with a rag that was less than clean? That kind of grimy. We all ordered pho. I ordered the tofu and veggie pho and they ordered steak pho. I'll give them that the food was served very quickly, which was nice. However my pho had exactly 3 pieces of undercooked tofu, two almost raw chunks of broccoli and some clearly from a bag carrot slices. They all fake with a side of unwashed basil, a lime that was not ripe and couldn't be squeezed and some slimy sprouts. Their sauce was good but I hesitated to use it because the bottle it was in was also dirty. The upside. Lunch for 4 was under $30. The downside. I wouldn't go again unless they thoroughly cleaned the place and approved on their ratios of noodles to goodies. I'd rather spend more to eat in a clean place with yummy food. read more

Stopped in after many recommendations, first I tried the Singapore noodle chicken (not recommended, 3x more salt than ever necessary in 1 dish) they did replace it with chicken pho which was amazing! The place was clean, great service (Friday AM 9/7) and water didn't taste/smell like bleach. I may come back, will have to try something new if not in the mood for pho. I really wanted the Singapore noodles (I have had an amazing dish at Goji Fusion in Bellingham) but the dish here was vastly different. read more

First time today, and needing comfort food for this rainy election day. Fyi- new owners recently took over, so not sure if older reviews are still relavent. Interior is pleasant with a clean air. Staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered two items- Korean kimchee ramen, which was a large bowl of perfectly spiced broth, noodles, egg, and kimchee- but I started with the egg rolls. Three light crispy, and tasty rolls with a sweet spicy dip were a sizeable portion. I will definatley add OT & Pho to my rotation. I hope your visit will be as pleasant as mine. read more

Me and my client stumbled upon this great restaurant! I loved how many different options of food they had to offer ranging from Japanese to Korean food. We enjoyed our food and liked how peaceful the environment was. Only note was, we wish we had more service. We weren't ever checked on and had to go find someone to help. Perhaps this happened because we came at a weird hour where there weren't many people at the restaurant eating. Either way, I'd go back to try some more food! read more

Seriously good food. Everything is so well seasoned and cooked. The General Tso's Chicken has a light, crispy batter and excellent taste/heat. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the Yakisoba was, it has a depth of flavor usually not present with this as a side dish. Everything we ordered was yummy and we didn't have the food coma feeling afterward. We got it delivered by Munchie Dude, which was quick and easy, to the door within 45 min on a Saturday night. read more

This local gem is hiding on the corner of riverside drive. Small dark parking entrance. We were greeted promptly and we seated right away. Service was great but we were always needing tea which server wasn't able to get. I had to walk up and ask multiple times. Our server name was Ellie and G I believe the owner was serving us. They were very friendly and helpful. Right away we were served complimentary sushi (California roll) pls refer to my photo. Those were a unexpected treat and we ate all of it. The food didn't take a long time and was very quick. We order a bunch of items and all of it was good. Chicken yakisoba was delicious and right for the weather.
