Disclaimer- I know very little about Koream BBQ. First decision, BBQ or table service. We selected to have someone else cook our food :). Ordered an appetizer and two main dishes to share (and a couple coronas). Server was very friendly and patient. The restaurant is spacious and not noisy. The Korean sides were a great addition and server explained what each one was. Food was great, service was great and will definitely be back to try the Kirean BBQ option and cook at our table.

One of my families favorite place to eat wether it's having bbq or just having table service. The food is amazing and we crave it because it's so good. The aunties that work there make us feel like family visiting, a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

    S5. Sundubu with pork!

It had been a while since I had Sundubu, and I'd say PCK BBQ does a solid job. It pares well with the kimchi & other sides. A little hollow in terms of heartiness for a soup. But I suppose I don't completely remember how it's supposed to be. Great service and nice and clean.

Worst teriyaki chicken I've ever had. Dry chicken with no teriyaki sauce. A few sesame seeds for that extra dryness.

Well as an end of year lunch date with hubby we stopped here for lunch. Yes we saw the sign that the place was under new management and we thought if it is half as good as the previous ownership we will be able to have a good end of year lunch date. The hubby loves spicy food and I enjoy indulging his cravings every now and again. Since the menu had shrimp, tempura egg rolls etc I figured I'd make it a full on deep fried platter for me. Anyway the waitress was a cute giggly gal as sweet as could be. This is the only great thing about the restaurant. She brought us tea, but no, not any water whatsoever. We had to hunt her down for that halfway through our meal. My hubby orders and I order and we wait. There is only one other table of two. Our meals are finally on the table some 20 minutes after we arrived. My platter is pathetically over fried. Every single item was over cooked and the shrimp was a dry stick over fried and was only edible once soaked in dipping sauce. The chicken bites had been pre fried and spent the day under heat lamp to be refried upon my order. The egg rolls had old vegetables that had shared space with something pickled items making an odd taste that collided with the old egg roll wrappers that had to be dipped into some kind of water the pocked mark wrapper was so bubbled and pocked from refrying with the crab cream cheese which had the worse sour taste of rotten cheese. I ate the shrimp and hubby attempted to eat the remainder of the platter. The gyoza was some sort of pre ground pork or chicken the entire inside was slimy. Husband said his meal was ok but nothing special and the dismal amount of meat was unidentifiable visually. The spicy pickled sides were mediocre and unremarkable. The low quality rice had no taste whatsoever and only the dipping sauce solved its blandness. The loud noises of construction was simply annoying along with the odd 1970's Christmas music. The table was clean . But the plates for the sides were covered with fingerprints. The tea was ok. The water tasted of the normal sterilization solution. There is absolutely zero reason to return. It was unfortunate that we wasted $50 for a lunch on the last day of 2025. I waited a few days to write a review simply to gather my thoughts about the past experience and how in less than 2 years this place went to the best Korean BBQ place to the bottom of the very long list of places we have eaten at in the last 20 years.

Food was decent, but I was surprised that no lettuce was provided. Lettuce wraps are an essential part of Korean BBQ culture, and not having them took away from the authenticity. For an unlimited KBBQ experience, ssam greens should really be standard. On a positive note, the side dishes were excellent, fresh, flavorful, and one of the best parts of the meal.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was terrible. The banchan at this Korean restaurant were absolutely inedible. The kimchi and soybean side dishes tasted like they had gone bad--sour in a way that didn't seem intentional--and the texture was sticky and gross. Shortly after eating, I ended up throwing up and had an upset stomach for the rest of the day. I've had and enjoyed Korean food many times before, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. It felt like the food wasn't fresh or properly handled. I won't be coming back.

This was definitely a good find! Food was good with such wonderful presentation! Ordered the lunch bbq and it came with all the korean sides that were all so good. Service was great - very friendly. A little short handed so be patient, service is not as quick as you'd like it to come. Still pretty good. The resto was clean and welcoming. One thing i loved was the grills. Smoke was sucked into the exhaust so you didn't get out of there smelling like smoke or bbq. My kinda place!

We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.

Don't overlook the zucchini- it cooks into the dish so well. Even after mentioning multiple times that the menu was confusing, no one stepped in to help. We were given one water jug for a group of seven with no refills. Several items were incorrect or missing, including shrimp we ordered but never received--possibly due to a system or app issue. Drink orders were also wrong (lychee instead of passionfruit), and although refills were supposed to be included, no one ever checked on us. We ended up having to walk up ourselves multiple times to get any service. The only time staff came to the table was to drop off food. To top it off, there's a mandatory service charge, which feels excessive given the level of service (which was none)--especially in Seattle where employees already earn a $20+/hour minimum wage. Don't go here if you want service, come here if you want precut meat that you cook yourself, because that's pretty much what you get, after one smoothie refill, you'll just get watered down flavored ice. We ordered the bone broth and the tom yum kung broth along with a selection of different meats to start which arrived at our table almost instantly. The 10 sec beef tongue was probably my favourite dish, I loved how flavourful it was and that it didn't take super long to cook. Second to that was probably the beef and lamb combo which cooked so tenderly and tasted delectable. I was so disappointed in the mini sausage, it took forever to cook and even after what felt like enough time, it looked uncooked and tasted pretty awful. Halfway through our meal, my boyfriend wanted sauce from the sauce bar but couldn't figure out where to get bowls. We tried for ten minutes to catch the attention of a server to no avail.
