They are warm and friendly to work with. ... it's a great company that offers a superior product. But it is Marc who makes it happen. His easy-going manner... here, consultant really means something other than salesperson. There's no push, no hard sell. Just answers to questions and advice on which Cadillac fits you. Marc is the guy I call when I want to buy a car. Nuf' said.

The Odyssey is a great vehicle and I will be purchasing as new one soon, as after 11 + years and SO many miles, my little van is ready to retire soon. And I will go back to Brandon Honda. They also Lied to me saying my Evap core was leaking and wanted $3.000 to replace, I said no, just do the free compressor seal and condenser from recall and AC still works great several months later, Evap was not leaking! What a bunch of Crooks. Also needed to pickup a head gasket To fix myself, wouldn't even dare to get a quote for that, they wanted $575 for a kit that is $250 from Honda online parts. Never going back here.

    My wife and I have been looking to upgrade our car since last August. We came in because they had a…read more2018 Mazda CX-5 which I was really into at the time. The car salesman that helped us out was Andre and he is a nice and knowledgable guy. He was patient with the other cars we wanted to see and answered our questions when he had the answer. If he didn't which happened from time to time he didn't make stuff up but checked the internet or asked other salesmen. We didn't end up buying last August, but returned this past weekend. We took a look at maybe 10 cars and we had it down to a beautiful 2018 Infiniti QX30 and a nice 2017 Outback Impreza. Both vehicles came at a reasonable cost and I felt we would have gotten a deal buying either one. We ended up choosing the Outback. We decided to finance through Car Heroes because on certain vehicles this gets you a reduced price of around a grand. Both my wife and I have excellent credit so we figured we would get a finance rate of 5%. Well, unfortunately we were pretty far in when we found out our rate was 6.9% for two co-owners with excellent credit. This was probably the most negative aspect of the car dealing experience for us here. Of course we could have skirted around the issue if we had come pre-qualified through one of our banks. The cost of the vehicle would have been an extra grand though. There are trade-offs. Through all of the finance applications and signatures we were helped by Brian who is a nice guy. We were probably with him for and hour and half to two hours. He didn't rush us through any of the process and we felt free to back out or say no on any occasion. The cars sold here are all ex car rental vehicles so they come with more miles than usual for their age and a bit more wear and tear. People don't treat rentals with care or respect, because its not theirs after all. However, you are free to inspect and drive all the vehicles here and you may save just enough that it ends up being worth it for you. I thought our Outback was in great condition and three days in and it is running great. Only time will tell if there is an issue we don't know about, but I think we got a nice car. This business is expanding so wait times can get up there. We went on a Saturday and with all the looking, driving, and signing we did we spend about 4.5 hours there, but during previous visits it was pretty empty. During the week and work hours is a great time to come. As they increase in size and hire additional employees this place should improve. This dealership may not be for everyone, but I like the transparency of their fees, they get nice cars in all the time, the staff is nice, and the prices are very competitive even with the negatives.

Gagel's forgos the standard process which usually includes an 8 hour hostage situation followed by a bit of waterboarding. During which time the "customer" is either convinced the dealer "knows just what you need," or they breakunder the pressure and do as they are told. The salesmen at Gagel's allowed me to try out vehicles at will. Any questions about previous use and any previous "injuries" to the vehicles were met with frank discussions including photos of the damage that had been repaired. Since I had narrowed down my choices before arriving the entire process took under an hour. I left with a low mileage car that looks, inside and out, like it just came off the factory floor. Each car I tested was similar in that the mileage was low and condition top notch. There was no junk. How refreshing. If other car dealers took the lead from Gagel's and resorted to honest, low pressure sales, perhaps the reputation of the used car industry would climb out of the gutter.... I never thought I would say this to a car dealer---But it was a Pleasure doing business with you.

It's a 2018 CX five that was having some odor coming into the cabin air I don't think it would be that complicated to fix but I was really put off by how I was dismissed from their service manager . As a result of this I refused to buy a single vehicle from this Mazda dealership I'll go over to Clearwater instead were there a lot friend . I would like to send a message to the owner of this particular Mazda dealership in Brandon that if you keep having your service managers treat your customers like this they're not gonna come back to buy another vehicle from you.
